Outstanding. We stayed for a weekend with our family of 19. The house is spacious, very clean on arrival, and with extensive gardens. Negotiations before we went ware easy, the induction on arrival was excellent, and at the end any comments we made about problems, which were minor, were taken on board to be addressed. We hope to go for a longer stay next year.

Brilliant massive house for a big gathering. We got 6 families together with young kids and they loved it. We hardly left the property due to its size, lounges and massive well maintained gardens. We all managed to sit round (24 of us!) for a lovely evening meal with beautiful table decorations in the massive dining room. The hot tub was great too. The property is a little tired in places (eg bathrooms) but it didn’t bother us and we would definitely return. We had a 40 minute induction on the first day so factor this in. It was very useful. There are numerous fridges, freezers in a huge kitchen, also gorgeous town 1 mile away (Henley in Arden) with lots of pubs/ restaurants and take aways and a play park

A fantastic place for a big group of people to stay - loads of room, fabulous garden, lovely hottub. Only reason I didn't give the rooms 5 stars was because the showers were a bit temperamental. But otherwise a wonderful place - I'd go back

A great place for 24 people to share. Enough space inside and out for everyone. Tired and dated in places but then we didnt have to worry about the children breaking anything. Clean beds and bathrooms. Had a great stay and would recommend.

Fantastic location. Great size property for 23 of us. Looking a bit tired in places and could certainly do with a bit of TLC to spruce it up a bit. The showers aren't the best, either scolding hot or cold. Be prepared for a 40 minute walk round at the start of the visit which meant I missed most of my guests arriving for my birthday weekend. Apart from that a great weekend away.
