Ideal location for city shopping and dining and very friendly helpful staff. Lovely breakfast selection and excellent coffee!

A visually appealing hotel with a nice bar and breakfast area. The room was spacious with tall ceilings. Toilet was a little lower than expected. Staff were friendly and helpful, sorting out any queries I had with efficiency. The only thing I’d say is that the bed itself was not comfortable at all.inwould gladly stay here again as the location and look of the hotel is great… just sort out those mattresses.

very close to the O2 academy, which was the reason for our saty. Would definitely return. Easy check in process and a secure carpark.

It was sort of what you would expect for Budget City Hotel. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, there was a kettle, shower was good. Not very big but we were only there for 2 nights.
Reasonable walking distance for restaurants etc.
Private (paid) parking was a plus though took 3 attempts to get staff to explain location and access.

Stay was ok hotel itself interior wise is stunning, good place to chill and have a few beers, breakfast was good and evening meal was also good and reasonably priced.
Didn’t appreciate however being woken up by the cleaner at 8am, letting herself into our room demanding money and then realising she had the wrong room, completely ruined a nice stay.

Not much can be said as it was a short stay for us, but nothing complain about except there was no toilet brush in our bathroom. Enjoyed our stay, breakfast was great, the staff were very attentive. My partner doesn't not eat pork and they catered for her with ease. I would highly recommend.

Is ok you can here ever door when they are closed and is really loud, was on going all night.
Also soneone at 3am was trying to get in my room so didnt get to sleep after that there is key card access to lifts doors etc.

Disappointing stay. The TV didn’t work, nor did the hanging light in the room or the air con. The shower flooded after a few minutes of being on and the room itself was bordering on filthy (just check the disgusting stuff in the sink plug hole!).
And after checking out when the fire alarm went off, I realised my headphones had been left in the room… shockingly the cleaning team confirmed they had ‘disappeared’ in the time between me leaving and me messaging the hotel to try and retrieve them (1 hour maximum).
Hotel is tired, needs a lot of money spent on new carpets, electrics, . Won’t be staying again and certainly won’t be recommending.

Booked this hotel as close to O2 academy which is a few minutes walk. We stayed there 18 months ago for the same reason.
Nice staff. Fantastic selection at breakfast buffet, all beautifully presented.
Room rate wasn't too bad. Bedroom quite basic and the shower room very tired looking. Pillows not great either.
However, quiet and had a great 'upstairs' seating area great for a drink after our gig

Very convenient for O2 Academy friendly staff and comfortable hotel. No ice for my G&T on first night and on arrival as we stepped out of lift floor 5 empty wine bottle on corridor floor not the best of first impressions
