Last minute booking as attended a meeting locally..... Wow, what a fantastic place to stay. The room was lovely, nice smelling toiletries, fresh flowers and a super comfortable bed. The hosts Chris, Sue and the adorable Blaze were friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable. I love dogs, so had the requested opportunity to meet Blaze, as she isn't allowed in the guest areas! The house and gardens are stunning, one of the best breakfasts I've had in recent memory, I highly recommend the mushrooms! I will 100% try and return..... Thanks for having us.

Our two night stay was just perfect in every way . Sue and Chris are wonderful hosts . The bed was very comfortable and the shower excellent. Lastly the breakfast was delicious. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

We had a lovely 3 night break staying here! Chris and Sue are fantastic hosts. The room is beautifully decorated with such a comfortable bed, just what we needed after a long walk in the forest! They have really thoughts about every detail and little touches such as the chocs and herbal tea in the room. And of course the breakfast was amazing! Far from the usual greasy English breakfast, there is a really varied choice to suit all tastes. i recommend the avocado and poached eggs! Its probably the best B and B I've stayed in!!

We wanted somewhere relaxing near a mountain bike park and some country walks and this lovely boutique B&B is just a hidden gem! So much warmth and charm; such an elegant interior with an array of gorgeous antiques. The bed (room 2!) was so comfortable and also absolutely beautiful to look at! The cozy atmosphere made us feel right at home, with a well-stocked “honesty bar” in a beautiful, large drawing room, we enjoyed a lovely evening playing board games. One of the highlights of this enchanting retreat is its proximity to a delightful pub serving really good food, a literal sone’s throw! The breakfast was spectacular, we were wowed by a spread of homemade delights, particularly the locally smoked salmon. Sue and Chris were friendly hosts who ensured our stay was nothing short of exceptional. We also found this to be exceptional value for money, we’ll tell everyone we know and can’t wait to come back soon!

A lovely place to stay whilst we attended a 50th birthday party nearby. Room was beautiful with everything we required. The owners are a lovely couple and cooked us a superb breakfast. We look forward to returning to try out the Glamoing Cabin complete with hot tub in the near future.
