Parking is at the rear, and there are a few spaces out front for when you check in. The room was spotless, it also had a fridge and microwave. Being on main road, it isn't exactly quiet Any shopping required, there os a garage just down the road, with a good shop, or a Lidl a bit further on.

This was excellent . Staff so kind . Room was on second floor and my bags were carried up for me . It was spotlessly clean and so comfortable . Full English breakfast freshly cooked . A gem

I’m a contractor and when you are trying to keep costs down working in and around London it’s difficult as when you aren’t paying the earth you generally get grotty B&B’s however this one is a breath of fresh air !!! Everything I needed and spotlessly clean !! Excellent !!!!!

The entrance and stairwells were battered and tired, it felt like a motel and residents were drinking outside on steps like they actually lived there..I think they do. I didn't feel safe to be honest. Location for for Heathrow though

Only like was travel time to work. Otherwise the room looked nothing like the pictures, looked worn out, there was no option for breakfast although website says otherwise. Furniture cheap and didn't match, sink had no plug, had to ask for a receipt and staff were only interested in taking your money.

Staff at reception took a long time to find my booking. My room was in an annex away from the main building. Room was ok but tiny sink, no bedside table or light. Had a fridge and microwave. Room is noisy from road traffic and other people in the annex. Average.

Absolutely pathetic 'free' Wi-Fi. Couldn't get a signal. The TV had Netflix but that didn't work because the WiFi didn't!!
Difficult to reverse onto busy main road from parking space. Otherwise it's ok there apart from no breakfast.

After checking in I could park my car in the assigned area but the barrier only opens when you come back to reception using a code. Each time you need to go back to the car park you need to duck under the barrier. The room was clean but hot even with the window open.

I can't fault this place for the price I paid. I stayed one night for somewhere to sleep after a night out. Check in was efficient and easy. The room was surprising good. A little tired in areas but spotlessly clean, big TV, comfy bed, double size shower. I was more than happy. It exceeded my expectations based on the price massively. I would stay again happily on a similar occasion.
