Great hotel. Attended a conference rooms nice and spacious and staff amazing. Well worth a visit…

Despite some upgrades the hotel has some areas for concern, not least the temperature of the conference room we were in, the main corridors and one of the bedrooms my colleague was in. It was freezing! The bath access to the shower is unique - and dangerous in my opinion.

The rooms are very dated and very poorly lit. If you want plan to use your room for hair and makeup then bring a lamp as it’s impossible otherwise. Found a toenail and hair band on the carpet so cleanliness is not a strong point here. Was annoyed to see the main car park closed because it was full with event guests so we were forced to park down the road where there are no car chargers.

I booked in on arriving to my first room it had a very awful doggy musty smell to it. I could also hear my neighbouring room use the toilet like they were in the same room, I asked to move. the second room I could hear a yappy dog next door. I then realised on complaining its a dog friendly hotel. I requested to move. I was upgraded to a junior suit with less noise however the lights were faulty in the room and no hot water. I was then subjected to 3 nights of dogs yelping and barking outside the hotel gone past midnight and up again at 5am as apparently there was a local dog event and they were all staying, I also also came away with lots of bites. Overall a very disappointing disgusting sleepless stay. I think they need to make customer aware of this when booking.

A NICE PLEASSANT STAY

The hotel clean and modernised with a bit more individuality than some of the usual faceless modern hotels. The room had all that we needed without have any superfluous extras that bump the price up. The only criticism of the room was the wide step over into the bath which as well as being awkward may prove to be slightly hazardous for some less athletic guests. The breakfast buffet was excellent. On our first night (a Saturday) the restaurant was so busy that it was impossible to book a table for dinner before 8.30pm so we ate out and used the restaurant on the Sunday instead. The dinner was tasty and reasonable value. There are four chargeable untethered (no cables) EV charging points.

What a great Hotel!

The hotel was very busy with something that looked like a seniors gathering Insufficient disabled spots in car parks ridiculous size bays and in considerate driver taking up two spaces staff pleasant though check in was 15 minutes due to the fogies struggling to understand how to fill in forms . The food and drink was crazy prices fish and chips £20 coke £6 ,Vreakgfasf average but some bits from Covid held over too long Oh bad was lumpy

Room average but lighting awful. Bathroom good but towels small. Pillows far to big. Bar food only average. Although the room was close to the lifts the walk from the restaurant to the lifts was very long

Hotel

After reading some comments i was a little nervous! But there was nothing to be nervous about. Easy to find. Hotel has a secure car park with plenty of spaces. I only booked day before & room was ready on time. Plenty of staff around. I had a normal standard room which was spotless. Decor was basic but modern in the room. Hotel itself had a mix of modern & older decor which went perfect together. Didnt try their food so cant comment. Check out is 11am but can be later if requested. Shops not far away about 5-10min drive to tesco. Only minor problem was the room was hot even with the window open etc (no heating was on) You could hear when people left their room didnt bother me but might bother others, but it was fairly quiet. Pilllows not the best... probably ok for a night or two. Overall was happy, its better than staying at the holiday inn and even a premier inn i thought. Would definitely stay again if i need to use hotel again this way. Not too far from Stratford upon avon. Was pretty easy drive from the hotel to Stratford and back. Not far from Warwick aswell. I would definitely skip the other hotels to stay here again!

Nice hotel, good breakfast

The hotel was really nice and spacious. I went with 2 friends , so we shared a room. Just note that if you have 3 in a room, you will get a seperate camp bed and not a proper bed. However the main beds were really comfortable. Bathroom is modern and spacious. The only issue with the room for me was the lights. Unfortunately it felt like the lights were wired correctly. If you get up in the middle of the night to use the toilet, the bathroom lights seems to be connected to the whole room, hence waking everyone else up. The pool is quite small and was full of kids, so just bear in mind your timings of using the pool area. All in all though we had a great time. Breakfasts were good also.

Lovely place to stay with the family. We had a family room for 5 of us and it was comfortable and spacious. Great location for visiting Warwick Castle and the surrounding areas

Had a really nice stay.

Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Sad to have to pay for dogs kept in crates within rooms but understand that not everyone has clean and well behaved dogs. Check in a little slow, parking was very busy. Leisure facilities incredibly busy until at least 7pm on a Friday so didnt use them sadly. Bar and terrace a welcoming space for eating a drinking. Nice short walks around the property.

It was a amazing trip! The swimming pool, the staff, the environment all are wonderfuk!
