Me and my band, Foreign Mornings, travelled over from Ireland to tour the UK, and one of our gigs was in London. We looked for hotels close to the venue and this one came up on the radar. We stayed here for one night, without looking at the reviews. I am very happy to report that the reviews do not do this place justice at all; it was fantastic. Now obviously, it isn’t exactly the Hilton, it’s quite simple and bare, but it was exactly what we needed. It was a bit difficult to find, but once we located it we were treated to an experience that was incomparable to the price we paid. The staff were so nice, they helped us with absolutely everything we needed, and were incredibly pleasant, professional and amazing to talk to. For anyone who looks at the average review and panics, do not. It was absolutely amazing, and whenever we return to London we will absolutely be staying here again!

Decent size triple room, decent beds, nice staff. Bathroom is a little small and there was a small vent but I was surprised that it was actually decently effective. Only issue was that the shower was pathetically weak in water pressure but can't rly complain too much for the price and great location.

I stayed for one night due to an event in London, and my experience was very positive. The staff were exceptionally polite and accommodating, even waiting for us to check in at 2 a.m. The room, though small, was comfortable and provided a good night’s rest, especially considering the reasonable price. A special thanks to Roger, who went out of his way to assist with parking. He allowed me to leave my car at the hotel even after check-out, which was greatly appreciated.

In November I booked for one night and found bed bug. I even produced the evidence to the front desk. I've tried to get a refund but they claim they never took payment. I checked with the booking agency and they stated that this hotel received payment. PayPal also confirmed.I emailed the hotel again and received no response. Poor service and obviously would not recommend.

The place was clean. The room was also very clean. We had to walk up to the third floor, which was marble. I felt it was a bit dangerous because they were cleaning at the time. I did slip and had to grab the rail. We had to go out not long after booking in. They took our keys off us. The TV didn't have a remote control. When we returned, we asked for the remote and was asked why we had come back so late. I was not happy about that. The car park was small and hard to find. I will not be using this in place again.
