Room was very clean and comfortable, the receptionist was really friendly and helpful. We had a good nights sleep.

My husband and I stayed here for 1 night and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The surrounding areas/gardens were kept lovely (especially the bunnies!). The towels, bed linen and pillows were all of good quality & our room was very spacious. Some TLC needed in areas such a grouting, limescale build up on the bath taps and chipped varnish on floor board but for the cost paid (£104) it was good value. Car park is just out front which was convenient and there is a services opposite with a macdonalds and costa which was also handy before traveling back. Thanks team!

Not great. No food deliverable from uber eats, just eat or deliveroo so stuck with McDonald’s from the services
Room felt and smelt damp and cold so had to put heating on, even bedding felt damp. Like the room hadn’t been opened or used in ages

Just one night, only its convenience made me book this at short notice. For that it was acceptable but really the price reflected the condition.
Aged, in need of refurbishment and updating. A damp musty smell emanated from the bathroom so opening the windows and keeping the bathroom door closed freshened the bedroom. Thankfully it was a warm night.
The staff were friendly but the whole building has not aged well.
On the positive the bed was comfortable and the linen fresh.

Unfortunately room 8 had a damp smell which was very noticeable on entry and also there’s specks of black mould on the bathroom ceiling and cobwebs in the corner of the room. Was expecting a premier inn type budget hotel but this was far below my expectations and I will not be booking again.

Obviously this is a budget hotel but i would not go back. The bed was really uncomfortable, barely slept. Every time a lorry went past the room woukd rattle and the floor was covered in ants everywhere. Booked for 2 nights and left after night 1.

Perfect stay for a quick stopover. Conveniently located, simple room but really comfy beds and decent bathroom. Room was a little too warm but overall good stay. Receptionist was really friendly and helpful. Great value.

Discovered that in the same post code there were 2 DayInn hotels, one on the North & another on the South. Sod's law, we went to the wrong side and had a -nightmare- getting to the other one. Poor signage private roads etc.
Given that apparently they can't do anything about the postcode issue, they should just name them differently, to minimise the confusion on maps.
The hotel itself however, was very functional. 3.5 stars.

Good value for money and easily accessible off the A34 at the Shell fuel stop. Note that there are two Wyndham Sutton Scotney motels either side of the A34. South and the North - and they share the same postcode....Google Maps will invariably take you to the South motel. A rat run across the A34 will get you to the North motel.
