It’s close to my work so I had to drive only 3 minutes to get there. All staff was very polite and happy to help with any queries I had.
Good good breakfast with many options.
Overall I’m really pleased with the hotel.

As always great stay, the staff are a huge asset to this hotel, from front desk to breakfast in the restaurant and pizza bar the staff are always smiling and very happy to help or have a friendly conversation, parking is easy and hassle free and the food is of very high standard, the rooms are large and comfortable, great place to stay

I enjoyed the stay. The staff were very friendly, especially Fiona in the restaurant. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Unfortunately, I was on the top floor (room 5211) and must have been underneath, I can only describe as the hot water pipes. Every few minutes I heard really loud rattling pipes up until 12.30 am and started again and 5 or 5.30am. I only slept between those hours. It was so loud I was able to record the sound on my phone

So expensive to get to Heathrow and back that I’ll get a closer more expensive hotel next time. No shuttle was a big issue for a Heathrow hotel.

Extremely poor service. The beds were not wide enough to have two elderly people sleeping side by side .. I had to sleep opposite to have a comfortable night
The hotel service was poor overall.. we had booked about 30 rooms.. yet the hotel wouldn’t give complimentary access to a lounge to only the bride and groom so that they can have a quiet time .. they expected us to pay for it .. also had to pay for car park..even as resident in the hotel

The room wasnt so bad... but unable to sleep all night because of constant knocking and sounds that resebled something crashing theough the floorboards.. the lift mechanism keeping people awake all night. Do not recommend until they sort it!

Very nice hotel close to the airport. We stayed for two nights, they have a really good breakfast buffet and a decent restaurant for dinner. Terrible neighborhood, so if you stay there, stay there. I wouldn’t wander around at night.

One night business trip. Terrible checkin process. Took far too long. Room was fine. Bar was limited although did stay open late for food if you were arriving late. Ate in nearby Harvester. Didn’t have breakfast.
