Good value for money. Staff very pleasant. Not far from town centre. Breakfast quite good.

Lovely friendly staff, great breakfast and hot drinks on tap. Parking £10 overnight.would recommend.

Been here before, has what we want, comfy bed. Quiet. Short walk to centre of Chester. Parking £10 on site. Good buffet style breakfast. All you need for a night out in Chester.

Great stay, room was lovely and breakfast was plentiful despite us getting there late. Only thing I would say is having to pay for the parking outside because it’s classed as the racecourse was expensive and disappointing.

Loved the stay

Great for a family stopover for a couple of nights. Very easy to walk into Chester and as we were in the racecourse facing rooms it was fairly quiet. Breakfast was great with a lot of choice including healthier options.

Room was spotless. Breakfast was buffet style, very good. Large car park which cost £10 a night. Short walk into Chester centre.

I was not informed of a £10 per night charge for parking. I will not be staying here again.

Excellent service

Great hotel with efficient and friendly service. We were provided with everything we needed for our overnight stay and at a very fair price with an very good breakfast.

We had a lovely stay, the room was excellent for our 1 night stay. Easy walk to chester centre.

Very small room. Extra paid for parking. Breakfast very bland, overdone.

A comfortable hotel to stay at in Chester. Close enough to the city centre to walk in passing various historical things. Convenient for the Christmas markets which was the purpose of our visit and close to many eateries.

Staff were friendly. Was unfortunately on ground floor by main road and im used to countryside so was noise for me

Nice hotel, buffet breakfast ok, great location to walk into town just be aware its £10 parking. When I booked it said free parking !

Very convenient for walking around Chester town centre. Slept on the sofa bed which was not comfortable and needs a better mattress. Apart from that, we had a lovely stay here.

Greeted by lady on Reception who was eating as she attempted to talk. She never gave a good review of Chester. We tried asking about an Uber taxi to take us to a Restaurant that we booked, said Uber was not operating in Chester. She also said only one taxi company operated in Chester. I booked an Uber (So not sure about her comment) Room was narrow and small for a double. Breakfast was terrible, bacon, sausage was overcooked and very tough! Scrambled eggs were like eating rubber, orange juice had a strange taste. Bread for toast was best of poor offering!
