Didn’t like heavy base beat music in foyer when arrived (& tired from travel),& dining area - too noisy. Didn’t like having to use screen at table to order. Hard work when tired & lack of easily available waitress service eg if had any queries re: dishes etc.

Easy access to Winsdor and other things to do. Great dining options only a few mijites away.

Had a really lovely stay with my daughters for 2 nights, clean rooms and comfy beds and great location to access lapland UK and Harry Potter studios. Friendly helpful staff and they even put chocolates and balloons on the bed for my daughters birthday which was lovely. The only down fall was we were told that breakfast finishes at 10.30am on the weekend and we went there at 10.10am and it had stopped at 10. I was looking forward to the cooked breakfast as it was lovely the day before. The staff did offer us alternatives and we had cereal and pastries but over all lovely hotel and parking was £7 a day. I would stay again

Cold welcoming, bedroom had a bad odour within the room, wallpaper peeling and just overall bad experience

It was a basic but large hotel room, for what we paid it was excellent. Breakfast was included and was actually ok. We used Uber to go in and out of Windsor which was £8 each way Saturday night.

Family Short stay room was good, breakfast was fab options for all. Evening food was lovely too. Had to pay for parking at the hotel £7per night. Overall would stay again

Perfect for our trip to Legoland. Clean and comfy. Does get busy when there are special events on in Winsor. Football table and colouring in the restaurant area was a lovely touch. Staff were so kind as there no sockets by the beds and we needed one for a CPAP machine and found us an extension. Bring your own if you like to have your phone by the bed or forget to bring your own for medical kit. Catering staff were fab even when busy and even took the time to find my daughters lost book! Thank you!

Amazing location to all the attractions around. Hotel and room was spot on, wel all slept like babies after a long day out. The only criticism I would say is that the shower head was full of limescale that the water had a mind of it's own when used. Other than that it was spot on.

Booked a queen room thinking it would be more comfortable. I was next to the stairs and woken by the lift each time it was used. Bathroom could do with updating and topping up the supplies would also be a great idea. Power supply next to bed didn’t work in one side. Sleep was the biggest thing for me.

Clean rooms but no fridge - as a person with young family - I carry whole milk for my 1 year old. No fridge to store this or her usual pudding. No microwave option to sterilise milk bottle

The hotel was nice, tge staff helpful. Nice breakfast , lot of choice.

This property needs upgrades

Really good hotel, service was excellent and food was really good My only concern was the bed, confort not all tnere, could have been been better as had back aches after. But overall excellent

Lovely Room, easy check in, breakfast was really really good! Our only issue was the shower wasn’t great, it was all clogged up with lime-scale and hard to get the right temperature but apart from that we had a lovely stay.

Great customer service

Hotel was given to us as an “upgrade” because the one we booked sadly had issues the last minute. The staff were exceptional, lovely and hardworking - so this is no reflection on them Compared to what we had booked - this was no upgrade . We originally booked a 14th century luxury hotel opposite Windsor castle to be then moved to a holiday inn in slough . The room was damp. The shower has been leaking for a considerably long time. The carpet and wall next to where my husband slept right around to the entrance of the bathroom was soaking wet and mouldy. The room / area was noisy . The bathroom had a pin? ( like a sewing pin) left in the shower -which the wall was also damp and mouldy. The Ac unit ( under the window) was so disgusting - it looked as though it had never been cleaned in its lifetime) Breakfast .. you had to queue in a cramped corridor to wait to be seated. Again , staff were amazing but the whole system was chaos ! As we hadn’t planned on being in Slough ( we wanted to be in Windsor because it was our wedding anniversary) we had to make our way into Windsor via Uber. Dreadful experience and certainly wouldn’t A) use Expedia again B) stay in the holiday inn in slough again

Overnight stay before Heathrow flight. Arrived early and given our room. Aircon not working, maintenance tried twice to fix, third time shorted out with sparks. Room change requested and, after some unpleasantness, given similar room - all good. Dinner in bar pretty average, breakfast excellent. 2:30am telephone call about food delivery (not ours). More issues about food charges at checkout (again not ours).
