The room was too tight fit. Nearly no walking space. The bathroom, impossibly small. Cleaning service left the sink dirtier than it was before we left. No one in reception. No answer through the booking app, through WhatsApp or through calls even though I could see someone was online. I was completely ignored. Also, there was already food in the fridge from a previous guest when we arrived and I suspect the sheets were already used as there were hairs under the duvet. It’s located too far away from the city. 30 min by car, 40 walking. There’s a tube station nearby. Edit: was not allowed a late check out. Understandable due to late notice but still we were autorized to leave by 11:30am. We left before that and was charged the £100 deposit. Messages through what’s app were answered an hour and a half after calling at least 7 times with someone online. My call was being rejected. Messages through booking were not answered at all; only to announce we were being charged the deposit for our “late check out.” Clearly we’re being charged the late check out we did not have for a bad review.

Total scam of a hotel. It's been over 18 months and no refund for my stay which was cut short by 2 nights due to management chucking me and my 2-year-old daughter out of the hotel for trying to make a complaint about the outrageously rude service that was provided. Robert will never come to the phone. How he still has a job is beyond me. Avoid this hotel at all costs. We are now dealing with trading standards so anyone else with bad feedback, please reach out.

The worst experience of my life. Please be careful. You will never get the deposit back. A child who was injured was left without toilet paper for two days, without a first aid kit, without anyone at the reception, we were forced to wipe the child blood with a towel. We were harassed in the mail, ridiculed and robbed. I do not recommend it to anyone, not even to my worst enemy. The child feels bad and humiliated because he thinks that because of his difficulties, he took £100 from his mother's pocket, but in fact it is this hotel that does not return the money. Beware of these scammers! We were accused of leaving a mess, soiling the towels, leaving trash... We were all completely humiliated as very clean and decent people and family. These people do not choose ways to take your deposit.

Rooms were very clean, cleaners also left the room very tidy when we came back from our day out. Great location as it’s so close to the station so would stay again. One thing to note is that when we left our bags in the separate location while we explored before our flight was that there was no secure place to leave them and they were actually just left by the door and you just had to kind of hope nobody took it.
