We have stayed at this hotel twice and find it great. We want to particularly mention Leanne and Dermot as waiters. We remember them both from our last trip. Leanne is a gem and looked after our big group so well. Nothing was too much for her.

Stayed on business, we managed to find the free parking spaces adjacent the hotel which was a real bonus. Staff were excellent and probably the best I've encountered at a Premier inn. The rooms were standard, and very clean. Food was served quickly and of a good standard.

I picked this premier inn because it's a premier plus. I thought that meant it had a buffet breakfast but it doesn't. The parking is in guineas car park opposite and it's not a big deal. It is a bit confusing though because it says 'level 2' is premier inn parking but you only go up 1 level. Half of is up the ramp on the outside of the electric gate and half is inside. Photo below. If you cant get in the premier inn spots you can park in normal parking and get up and use the pay and display the next morning. Not a massive problem.

Nice hotel, when the carpet has been fully laid, close to Newmarket centre, not buffet help yourself breakfast for hot food, but order from staff. Neither of the vending machines in the lobby worked. Parking is in multi storey opposite of you can find space and no parking for vehicles over 2.1m.

Lovely staff, good rooms. Just don't bother with the £26.99 Meal Deal. By the time you've ordered it's barely a saving and with all the supplements you end up spending the same if not more. Also, the mushrooms at breakfast tasted funking, then were pulled from menu - I then spent the next 24hrs being sick. Could be related. I didn't bother to raise it as we had to catch a train in the AM.
