We loved our stay at Preston House. It was easy to find, clean and newly renovated, quiet, classical with huge rooms and serene views of the countryside. The staff were helpful and accommodated to our timings and the breakfast was healthy, plentiful and scrumptious. Would definitely stay again. Thank you

We stayed 3 nights.Country house beautifully renovated and tastefully renovated. Spacious rooms.Fine rural views. Comfortable beds.Sumptious breakfasts. Serena and Aidan are really helpful and friendly hosts.Everything you could wish for a superb stay.Very highly recommended. Yes , exceptional.The excellent reviews are fully deserved.

If you are looking for a great b&b to explore Northumberland then I can highly recommend this place. On arrival we were greeted in the car park by Serena. She was just checking in another guest and asked to us to wait outside. This made me feel safe from the off in how social distancing was being applied. Our room (No.6) was beautiful. It is situated in an adjacent outbuilding that has been finished to a high standard. Breakfast was really good and a menu each night let us pick what we wanted for the next morning. Nothing was too much trouble throughout the stay. We also got tips on where to visit (and eat) in the area. Covid measures are very good and we felt safe at all times. This is the place to stay if you want a b&b with a difference

Had an absolutely brilliant five night stay at Preston House. Everthing about the place exudes quality. Our bedroom was beautifully appointed, hosts were brilliant and the breakfasts delicious. And as a bonus the wonderful Northumbrian coastline is only a short drive away. Climb the Preston Tower if you are there, the view makes the effort worthwhile.

We had our campervan/ motorhome parked in their driveway for 5 days and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Hosts couldn't have been more welcoming. Had electric hook-up & a hose for water when we wanted. Lovely place and surroundings. Strongly recommended. We didn't go inside but the house looks lovely for the B& B guests.
