We have stayed at this hotel with family many times when we go to Ascot for the races it never disappoints, lovely warm and comfortable rooms and great staff, see you again soon thank you

The room was spacious, comfortable, and everything just worked (which is harder than you think). The shower had good pressure, the water was hot, and the towels big and fluffy. It wasn’t an extravagant hotel but had everything I needed in the right places.

Lovely hotel , easy and welcome check in , room was lovely and cosy looking . Little activity packs on the bed for the children . Which was a lovely touch .
Things that could have been better - toilet seat was broken , the plug for the bath was broken (however this was replaced straight away when my husband went down to say) the hair dryer wasn’t great and made a screeching noise when used on high setting … but was quite late on after being at Lapland Uk , so didn’t want to go down and report it after reporting the plug issue .

Lovely hotel to stay in. Nice little touch leaving children’s activity packs on their beds. Only down fall was not enough pillows. Food was lovely. Every staff member we spoke to was engaging and happy to listen to our children’s upcoming adventure to Lapland.

Great hotel in a great location for many local attractions. Room was very spacious and modern with great view of the garden. Staff were brilliant and especially on reception and in the restaurant. Will be staying again!

Great hotel with friendly service, great food and hired pod was very novel, cosy and fun. We were 2 adults with 2 adult sons and had a really enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend.

Amazing staff - we were travelling with 2 7 year olds and they were so accommodating even sorting a last minute room change from a family room to adjoining rooms.
