Rachel is quite simply, a fantastic host. We spent a weekend in the Big Safari tent and honestly it was better than we could have hoped. The pictures don't do it justice. I recently did a Wedding Styled Shoot at the Chilterns View and what a stunning location. The lodges and rooms and beautifully eligant yet modern with amazing view. I can't wait to be invited back for a Wedding. Rachel and her team were fun and so accommodating. Thank you.

This is a truly unique location with stunning views and is beautifully quiet. The lodges are very well equipped and spotlessly clean. I have given four stars for service as no one made contact with us the whole time we were there. Not that there were any issues but it would have been a nice touch for someone to just ask how everything was if there was anything we needed. That said, I did know how to reach out if I had needed to. I know at this time of year everything grows ridiculously quickly but we had a lot of rain whilst we were there and some of the branches on the approach paths were very low and it made it very difficult to get to and from the cabin without getting wet. There was also a branch rubbing on the roof of the cabin which in high winds made it a little bit irritating. I am however being very picky and would we stay here again? Yes, definitely.

We booked a 3 night stay in Chaucer to celebrate our W/A. We wanted a peaceful, relaxing break with privacy and this wonderful lodge did not disappoint! The lodge has everything you need, was comfortable and well maintained. The hot tub was immaculate and was checked by the host each day for cleanliness. We were supplied with BBQ bricks and wood for the burner (although with 30 degree weather this was not used!) The sunset views were wonderful and the wildlife was great too. The only issue was the lack of Wifi which was not vital although it would have been useful and the owner is looking at improving this. But if you can, leave your phones at home, open a wine and enjoy the views. Thanks Rachel x
