We were treated warmly as special guests, even though the owners are going through a difficult time themselves. They were unable to meet us at check-in, but found clever ways to ensure that we could enter our rooms. Breakfasts were very well prepared to order. We were left to our own devices, the key providing 24 hour access so we could come and go as desired. Excellent value, especially considering it's easy walking distance from the theatres and restaurants.

We've stayed here twice now. Its only a short walk over the foot bridge which is ideal if you are planning to go to the theatre or the town centre. Parking is limited to three spaces off road but there a free parking opposite in the lay-by. I'm told there is also parking to the rear although i haven't used it yet. (Perhaps next time). The rooms were very clean. The breakfast was cooked to order and was cooked to my liking. In all a nice place for the price. Very pleasant host.

Sorry, is this B&B hotel closed already? For me The Croft was the best hotel in the world. With this amazingly true atmosphere of Old Merry England. And wonderful smell. And all these decorations. And clean bathrooms. And delicious breakfasts. God Bless Kevin and Fran. Please let us know if you will be ready to work again.

The Croft Guest House is lovely, very welcoming. The rooms are clean and plenty of room. The bathroom in our room was very spacious. Everything was beautifully clean. The full English breakfast was cooked really well, toast was hot and plentiful, tea, coffee and cold drinks were all to take as you wanted.. It has a lovely garden. A small lounge with TV if you want to relax - small though... If I had to criticise anything, for me, I'd have liked plumper pillows on the bed, and peppermint tea! All other Teas were available.. there is a pub no more than 10 minutes walk away that serves good food. The River Avon is 10 minutes in the other direction (and I'm a slow walker). We would definitely go back without hesitation.

Very friendly and accommodating. Clean and comfortable room with character. So pleased there was parking and great location to walk to all the places of interest. Freshly cooked breakfast to order and loved the hot chocolate as a treat for breakfast. Thank you
