A late review. We visited in May. Informal service with well provisioned self service continental breakfast. Comfy beds and good shower. Good recommendations for local eating out. Good central location for Hadrians Wall. Liz and Ian

Truly a gem in Northern England. The room was comfortable, and I probably got one of the best nights sleep of my life in the peace and serenity.
The owner is also a fantastic gentleman. Not only is he more than happy and willing to answer any questions you may have, but he even gave me a lift on a Sunday when the train service at Haydon’s Bridge got canceled.
If I’m coming up to see Hadrian’s Wall again, I will 100% be returning. Thank you again for a truly peaceful stay.

Lovely place to spend a few days and explore Hadrians Wall and surrounding area. Great host and the help yourself breakfast was generous and suited us to a tee. Very good advice on where to eat and places to visit

Stayed for the Haydon Hundred sportive. Great location, great room, great WiFi, great host, great breakfast. Host was helpful if needed but also no fuss. Great experience and can't fault it!

My partner and I stayed here for one night while visiting family in Haydon Bridge and I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for accommodation in the area.
Communication with Brian and Gill was excellent, the room (#1) was incredibly comfortable and quiet.
