Travelled to Liverpool last Saturday and arrived early. Met by James at reception and what a lovely manner he had. Great customer service and banter! Fab start. Room was clean and tidy as you would expect with all the basics for an overnight stay. Location was great from Lime Street and good access to a number of restaurants and bars. Other family members stayed here too for our family gathering and enjoyed the pub across the road after our theatre trip. Mattresses we all agreed needed renewal as most of us felt they dipped in the middle. However for city centre location we all had a peaceful and restful sleep. All together great weekend. Thanks Travel Lodge staff!

Very central location for eateries, sights, shopping, trains and buses. Travelodge standard so good mattresses and pillows. Chair in room was comfortable and I liked the table size. Shower was over the small bath 🛁 (does anyone use the bath on a hotel these days?). The water pressure for the bath taps was very good, but reaching five feet higher was a struggle! I would also like a shower that wasn't fixed to the wall. I would definitely go back here.

My friend and I turned up early to the Liverpool central travel lodge before our allotted check in, and was still granted access to our rooms with no extra cost. The staff here are genuine and kind, making for an all round pleasant stay. The location is close to the city centre making it a perfect location for if you’re sightseeing and wanting to be close to the bustling Liverpool lifestyle. I have no real complaints and enjoyed my stay. Thank you Travelodge!

AWFUL in every way Luckily only paid £46 for 2 nights . Rooms look like they haven’t been maintained in years . I stayed at the travelodge facing the Albert dock and it was great . This on avoid. Filthy bathroom and the sink tap was impossible to use , it’s a push function and all rusted. Shower black mold . Carpet full of stains , furniture with big chucks missing , TV had no HDMI it was that old . The worst was the springs in the mattress was poking through . I asked to move , they said because the rooms were £23 a night , they were sold out lol . Lesson learnt , book the one facing the Albert Dock .
