The room was small but clean. Our booking email showed family room but they gave us a small double for same price. on arrival no mention of check out or breakfast times were given. when coming down at 9.30am on Sunday we were told that breakfast was over at 9am and then found a massive scratch along the front of our car. We had parked in private car park in back so looks like owner or guest have cause damage! would not recommend to anyone!

Good & bad points. We booked via phone and asked for a confirmation email. This took over a week to come and 3 phone calls. When we arrived nobody was around to greet us give us the key or deal with any problems. We had to get the key from the local sweet shop and any problems had to be sorted by phone if you were lucky enough to get through. We thought we had booked a room with toilet and shower and confirmation email stated private bathroom however when we got there we had no bathroom and had to share a bathroom and toilet with others despite the owner assuring me on the phone when I spoke to her that we were the only ones to use the bathroom as all other rooms were en-suite (a lie). On the good side she did agree to the discounted price I suggested for all the lies she had told us but I think this was more of a fact she just wanted to get rid of us. The room if you forget the fact that it didnt have the facilities it was supposed to was clean and tidy for just a room but again the shared bathroom was not very good. The breakfast was ok. Would I stay here again. Not a chance

Hello everyone, I booked 2 rooms for one night and one was going to be an ensuite and the other room was going to have a "private bathroom" down the corridor, which sounded good at the start. Snap back to reality, the hotel was above the shop which was very unsatisfactory, the toilet was for the other rooms to use, the sheets was stained and my car (Lexus nx) did not fit in the small gap for the parking. I keped asking for a room confirmation by email however truth be told I still did not get it, the lady suggested she would send it to me by text which still didn't happen. To get a full knowledge of the area don't go to the website as it is all lies, use google street view. To get the room keys you had to go to the shops where a very nice gentlemen would hand over the keys, however he can't solve any of your problem, as a result of this the only way to communicate to gain further information or solutions is to call the lady who at times can be hard to understand. Further more the rooms are a ripoff as I have paid £140 and did not meet the person In charge which made me think that the place is unsafe , and I didn't want my car to get vandalised nor my sleep to get desturbed. After all the disarisfactory that I have faced, the lady she did not give me a refund, and I did not sleep in the rooms allocated to me. As a conclusion no prober parking No one to talk to face to face No greeting (apart from the shop who as they say have nothing to do with the hotel) Doesn't look like a safe area No private bathrooms were offered to me Stained sheets RIP OFF No good all bad no truth all lies And I did not sleep in the hotel that night This will be the last time I'll book with that hotel, and readers learn from my mistakes and book with a difrent hotel.

Very clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great. Our room was quite small and the bed was really too small for two people. Other than that, this place was great value.

Clean tidy hotel - close to Ascot Racecourse - shower a bit temperamental and managed to spray the whole bathroom with water when i first turned it on due to excessive water pressure! Breakfast was good however.
