Minimalist hotel however, clean and the beds were very comfy. Ideal location to the Cutty Sark and the O2. Staff were very helpful. The only small criticism was there was no hairdryer.

This was truly awful. There was no bed or window in the room. Literally just a mattress on the floor with 2 pillows and a duvet. I didn't think such a things was possible in a place that called itself a 'hotel'. The mattress cover under the sheet had bloodstains on it. There was no furniture or decor. No chairs. We are both over 60 and getting on and off the mattress on the floor was difficult for us. It was like staying in a coffin or lift for the night. There was an ensuite with a loo and shower and towels but nothing else.

Reception phone didn’t work, they couldn’t find my booking x 2. Check in is a pain need codes. No tv in room Wouldn’t stay again

Easy and simple stay.

Very strange as every single room has no windows and no natural light, no shelves or surfaces to use, just mattresses on the floor almost wall to wall, very strange.

I like the area and the staff were very helpful. However the rooms felt a bit bare…no desk or chair, which made it hard to work and no drinking facilities (reception had a vending machine) but not a cup of any kind in the room. These things would be helpful.

I liked the uniqueness of a self check in, it was also really calming to walk into, smelt great and with a very peaceful atmosphere. Staff were helpful when needed and room was tidy and clean. Would stay again

We arrived at Zedwell Greenwich early and hoped to store our luggage while waiting to check in, only to be informed there was a fee for this service. This came as an unwelcome surprise and set the tone for our stay. Our room had no windows, which wasn't clearly noted on the Hotels.com listing. This lack of natural light combined with blinking LED lights in the room really detracted from any "zen" vibe we’d hoped for. The room, while potentially manageable for a single night, quickly felt cramped and uncomfortable as we were staying for four nights. Additionally, our room was not serviced during the stay, and there was no space to store luggage. The air conditioning was another issue, as it blew directly on us and couldn’t be adjusted to a comfortable level. Despite the hotel appearing relatively new, the room looked tired and in need of better upkeep. Another downside was the lack of in-room tea or coffee; there's a vending machine in the lobby, but you have to pay extra for these basics. The WiFi worked, but the speed left much to be desired. Overall, Zedwell Greenwich may be suitable for a very brief stay, but for anyone planning a longer visit, I’d recommend looking elsewhere for a more comfortable experience.

Falsely advertised; rooms were much smaller than shown in pictures. No windows in the rooms as well as nowhere to set anything i.e a desk or dresser. No safe and no closet in the room at all. Washroom had no outlets for hairdryer and towels provided upon arrival were also insufficient, we had to go ask for more towels twice. Highly suggest looking at reviews properly before booking and making sure photos match the room description upon arrival. Otherwise, staff was very friendly and hotel was clean and well kept, and area was very easy and accessible.

The room was basic but clean and for one night we didn’t mind to have no windows. Overall it was good and convenient for us to get to O2 Arena and back by bus.

stayed here for a concert at the o2, decent price, room was lovely, clean and soap/shampoo was supplied, would like to have had some form of low light throughout the night as when lights go off it’s pitch black as there are no windows, hence the cocoon but really lovely, bathroom was lovely, incredible shower, only problem was the pillows were very hard! - will book to stay again next time i’m at the o2!

Room was much smaller than the photos make it look. No table or space at all to put anything. Felt like a tiny box. Good access to plugs and USBs. Clean and comfortable bed but it is on the ground. Short walk to Cutty Sark and area. Easy check in, helpful staff. Manager was very pleasant and accommodating.
