Booked a trip with my partner as a quick relaxing weekend away together. The hotel itself is a bit confusing at first, and very much reminds me of cruise ship like others have pointed out. The spa itself is decent, and especially the indoor/outdoor pool is fun (in winter). However, it was a bit of a disappointment we were unable to sit in a traditional sauna together. There was a steam sauna where we could sit together, but were still separated by a fence. Not the end of the world, but maybe not ideal if you’re looking to spend quality time with your partner. Then, last but not least, the rooms. Basic, slightly dated, but have everything you need, except climate control. However… the rooms are incredibly noisy! We could overhear our neighbors conversations with ease, not to mention the usual hallway sounds. The service was great, and the food was decent, but due to the poor overall soundproofing of the rooms I would rate this stay 3.5/5.

Service quality got poorer compared to last year. You cannot reach anyone by room phone. You have to run after people to get a room & HK service. Parking per night is 15euro. Sorry but this is the very last time I come here for holiday.

We are always happy to come to this hotel to relax. But this time there was an unpleasant moment with the service at the Tammikellari restaurant.
We had still water, which is served everywhere for free in Finland, but sparkling water was included in the bill. A nasty little cheat. The impression is ruined. The restaurant staff needs better control.

We just returned from a trip to Moominvalley with my 5 year old daughter, where we stayed at the excellent Naantali SPA. The hotel is right by the water, so the SPA has a stunning view of the yachts and skerries of the Turku archipelago, which, by the way, is the largest archipelago in the Baltic Sea and consists of 20,000 islands.
The SPA itself is very spacious, there is a huge indoor pool, a special pool for water aerobics with a video screen (cool theme, I have never seen anything like this anywhere), a jacuzzi, several saunas, a great warm outdoor pool and a relaxation area with sun loungers with a great view ❤️
Excellent breakfasts with a good choice, the restaurant has an outdoor terrace with a view of the sea.
We stayed in a family room on the fourth floor with a view of the lakes, the rooms are spacious and cozy, great for the whole family.
Moominvalley is about 1.5 km from the hotel, you can get there by train or on foot - I recommend walking along the shore, there is a very beautiful path with a view, or alternatively, you can rent bicycles from the hotel.

Great staff and location. Well equipped spa and hotel - gym area is excellent. Rooms were ok, perhaps a little dated but had everything you need EXCEPT air conditioning. Maybe it was unusual weather [average 25c] but the room was hot and uncomfortable to sleep in. Breakfast and lunch was excellent. Nice walks nearby, and the town is about 900m walk away.
