I paid a total of 158€ for a studio room including parking and breakfast. The room was very small with barely enough space for bags. The bathroom was tiny and weird deep mini bath instead of shower tray made it hard to shower without hitting the tap to avoid changing the water temperature and at the end of it we were required to empty our bin and clean the small kitchen unit. The breakfast was good though.

Corridoor carpet was disgusting. light on corridor to room did not work had to put torch on phone. Shower leaked for 2 days,

Arrival: Easy to get in after hours with instructions provided. Reception smelled of weed when we arrived. When staff were on duty they were always pleasant and helpful, and said hello whenever we passed.
Kitchen: well-equipped with fridge, microwave, sink, glasses, cutlery, crockery, but no kettle. We knew that in advance, but it was still a big miss for us. We ended up using the coffee machine to heat water, but it took about 20m to make enough for 2 cups.
Location: fairly quiet side street, a bit of noise from bin collections in the early morning. Easy to get to from the airport, 30min by tram then a 5min walk to the hotel. Also a 5min walk to the nearest supermarket. City centre is a 20min walk, or about 15min by tram including the walk to the stop.
Room: comfortable bed, but no aircon, only a fan and a wall panel heater with a dubious thermostat. No bedside table on one side, but we could have moved the phone table over if required.
Bathroom: a bit shabby, awkward shower mounted over half-size bath. A hairdryer was provided, even though we’d read reviews saying it wasn’t.
WiFi: free and worked fine. Would advise usual precautions and use a VPN, though.

Very small (probably normal for French apartment hotels). But there are several more unbelievable aspects to this place. They won't clean the room if your stay is shorter than a week. If longer than a week, then will only clean once a week. You will only get 2 toilet rolls and 1 towel per person for a week. You pay more if you want any more of anything. Kitchen is unusable. Microwave smells like fish. There is only one pot, but without a lid. You get a coffee brewing machine, but no kettle. So, my experience here is pretty bad and I will not stay here again. The only thing good about this place is that the breakfast is pretty nice.
