The cottage is pricey and for the high price the equipment are cheap. Kitchen pots, pans are old with coating coming out. The induction sometimes worked sometimes NOT! The themed cottage is just decorated with some wall stickers but there is nothing beyond or thoughtful enough to keep children engaged. The playgrounds within the park are good but such playgrounds or even better are anyway available everywhere in EU. The ZE place in particular is not impressive at all! 15m track for 20€ is just an example. High prices for time restrictive play, don't know why one should pay in addition to already high costs for the booking which states there is so much included! Actually only playgrounds, Aqua Mondo is really included. All the rest has high costs. Aqua Mondo is fairly good. Hidden pricing everywhere and restaurants are bloody expensive! Croissant at 6€ is not cheap and not worth it. Supermarket is okay priced. All in all not worth the money you pay for! You can make rope courses and other courses for half the prices around your city instead of paying 120€ for a family of 3. While paying a hefty price, they are having a card inside of the cottage to get all the cleaning done from you!!! Vacuum, clean and keep dishes dry and in place, furniture as it was, waste in the assigned place, collect bed linens in plastic and much more! So you know what you paid a big price for !!!! Topping is check out at 10am while doing all of this, wowwww what a great strategy! Disappointed!!! Staff is typical :) sometimes laid-back and unresponsive. For internal travel, the e-auto is unbelievably expensive. Trams are available for internal movement but not convenient since you need to walk distances to reach there and in winter does not make sense. Simple distances are not reflected on the direction boards. Main entrances are not automated. These are just some of the examples of inconvenience for families with kids. I would never go again! Prefer a normal place in real nature with free playground, hikes and reasonable restaurants around!

Stayed in a 4 bedroom exclusive lodge (number 2049) for the last week of August. Pricey but thought it would be worth it... It was over 30 degrees all week so lovely weather, BUT so was the inside! No air conditioning, no fans and 31 degrees inside at night. We closed all curtains during the day and opened doors/windows in the evening but there was no air circulation at all so stayed extremely hot so sleep was not good. Also, one of the three bathrooms had a shower door missing!?! So was really unusable, not ideal! There was a great (but very small) BBQ but no BBQ utensils and no shelves in the oven so not particularly well equipped! Otherwise, the parc itself was lovely... A golf buggy is an absolute mist though! These are expensive but unfortunately necessary.

Nice cottages with limited cooking facilities (microwave, no oven, some pots&pans, dishwasher and very INEFFECTIVE fume extraction (the whole cottage will smell like food for hours)). "Recently renovated" cottages are not very modern. TV has 40 channels, all French or German (and 1 English). Wi-Fi speed is barely enough for 1 (low definition) streaming service. Much great fun stuff to do in the park (though many for additional payment). Aqua Mundo is the absolute gem. Overal good for a short holiday with the family (1 week max). In low season it becomes pretty affordable. Nowadays there's plenty of EV charging facilities around the park.

** October 2024, it's been 4 months since the original complaint, center parks who said would get back to me never did. Non existent customer service *June 2024it's been 2 weeks since posting this review - Center Parcs has replied that they would look into it(I guess for show) they haven't reached out to me so I genuinely believe that they don't care. The state of the "refurbished" cottage was a joke at best and a safety hazard at worse. I have reached out to Center Parcs to raise my concern after our stay and they have failed to respond within their own timeline so I suspect they aren't taking this seriously. The cleanliness aside, this didn't put our mind at ease knowing some of the features were broken with a toddler around. We reached out to their support team during the first day and were told we needed to reach out to a different team, as if my sole purpose at center parcs is to navigate their internal company structure. They did offer to send someone to "fix" the issues however we refused as this would have been quite disruptive with our child sleeping/napping time. The website advertises refurbished cottage and I expected something clean and in good condition (we are not talking normal wear and tear here). This isn't a cheap stay and I expect at least the amenities to be safe for the people using them

Better than expected but attention with extra costs, it can increase your budget really fast 😉 We stayed in a beautiful cottage “VIP new design”, it was perfect for our family on 5 (83m2 with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 WC, 1 sauna, equipped kitchen and terrace with furniture). Natural forest environment everywhere, you can move around only by foot, bicycle or golf cart (you can rent both on site). We, especially our kids, enjoyed and had fun every day at the Aquamundo, indoor and outdoor pools with 7 water slides. There are a lot of activities to do like treetop adventure course, climbing wall, mini golf, bowling, billards, boats and more, my recommendation is to book in advance your activities (most of them has an extra cost). Regarding food, we enjoyed delicious home made food every day, as we brought everything we needed to our cottage (from exterior supermarket as the one inside CP is quite expensive). However there are at least 6 restaurants for those who don’t want to cook.
