Booked a 2person room + a suite for 4persons with also a resaurant confirmation for 6 persons. Payed up front and got confirmation 4 weeks before arriving. At the moment of arriving the hotel didnt have any rooms left and just left us stranded at 20:00 in the evening. Didnt do anything to compensate and the manager got really verbal against us. The police came because the manager couldnt handle his verbal anger. We came out with just our money back and an option to go to another hotel we had to contact ourself and pay. Worst hotel service i have ever seen, a really bad experience and stranded with the need for searching an alternative eating option late in the evening -> mission impossible

What a place and hospitality! The owner was really nice. Only thing we can say; perfect place to stay on our way to the south of france. The bathroom was bit outdated, but has its charm!

You might be looking at the photos and reading the reviews for Bel-Ebat and be thinking "It can't really be that good... there must be some sort of catch...". Well you can rest assured, it really is THAT good. This is the most perfect guest house we have ever stayed at. We were here for three nights and I have never felt more at home. The house is perfect, the rooms are wonderful, and the hosts are embracing to the point where I felt like I was so much at home that I really should have offered to dry the dishes after dinner. Tons of space, wonderfully quiet at night, big lawns, big house with modern facilities. I could not recommend more highly.

We are a family of 3. When arriving we were greeted by Arnaud, he is a warm and friendly host. He suggested a great Italian restaurant for us and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. We will be coming back and do more activities at the place. Thank you for hospitality and kindness :)

We had a fligh from Paris after a trip around Europe, we wanted a relax place close to Paris. This was an excellent choice. Arnold and his family are very friendly people, they welcome us with great hospitality. The Place is very good for the price with a nice garden.
