We still find it hard to believe that Le Grand Mazarin LGM is barely 4 blocks from Notre Dame and that this oasis of calm and stye is right in the heart of things. LGM gets top points for high style and being hip. Love the purple outfits of the staff. Having said that, the rooms are rather small though very well furnished and styled. Will come back for sure!!

the hotel and rooms are very well appointed - design details galore…..quiet rooms and bedding is perfect. pricey for off season january….and while Le Marais is bustling wish to stay back in San Germain for its charm.

It's very rare to find a hotel that ticks ALL of the boxes. Especially 5 star hotels that actually live to their reputation. But let me tell you that Le Grand Mazarin is all of that and more. The location is perfect (in the middle of La Marais), the room is super cute and sparkly clean, the room service is quick and efficient (they cater to allergies very well), but most importantly, the staff is so kind and helpful. They helped us with any query, no matter how silly it was (and we had some varied questions regarding shopping, art exhibitions, transport and whatnot). You can see this new hotel is pure quality, the closest in similarity I can think of is the Four Seasons in Hampshire and the Ritz in London (albeit the rooms in Mazarin are smaller, but service is better). All in all - couldn't recommend it more.

This is a gem of a hotel, gorgeous rooms, insanely Instagrammable pool, fabulous 5-star service from the friendly staff… only complaint is that the surrounding Marais neighborhood is very noisy and buzzy and you’ll hear lots of partying until late at night.

If you are looking for a bespoke experience in Paris, this boutique hotel is where you want to stay. The property itself was stunning, with so many beautiful details. The location is very safe, walkable and close to many subway stations. There are plenty of restaurant options within 5 minutes of the hotel. Most impressive of all, the staff was excellent! They were attentive to our needs and really gave us a personalized experience. I would highly recommend staying here.

What an amazing stay! Hands down favorite thing about this hotel was the staff. They were all extremely friendly and so willing to help! As you will notice from the hotel’s pictures, the place is gorgeous. Incredibly well decorated with Paris charm, but packed with all the modern amenities. Towel warming rack in bathroom, a very sophisticated light/curtains system, and a very fancy toilet. Also, hotel is extremely walkable and in a great area. Lots of shops, restaurants, and very close to bicycles for rent and the metro stop. Will 100% book here for our next Paris adventure!
