An excellent hotel, has everything you need, Rooms are very well maintained & always kept spotless, Breakfast & dinner buffet is brilliant, plenty of choice, very close to ski lifts & an excellent locker service, have stayed here 5 years in a row & it has always been perfect.

We normally stay here and have never had any issues, staff are great and super helpful, close to the slopes and bars. We had the pleasure of seeing the magic show which was FANTASTIC he came to each table and and I have to say was pleasantly surprised…… fabulous

Just returned from 3 night skiing break stay at Màgic Pas and was very impressed. Location is 2 minutes walk from the ski lifts and the hotel has a vast amount of lockers to keep your ski equipment safe and the room is well heated to dry the kit out at the end of the day. Rooms are comfortable and ideal for the break. Staff are excellent, always keen to help and with a smile whether that be in the restaurant, bar or on the front desk. Due to flight times, we asked for a late check out (to 1pm from the standard 11am) and this was not a problem. Nicole assisted quickly and the extra €10 per hour meant we could enjoy an extra 3 hours skiing before using the room and then getting picked up for the airport. We decided to go half board which worked well. The restaurant is nice and breakfast selection was ideal before heading out on the slopes. Never felt too busy so you had to wait, but busy enough for a very pleasant atmosphere. We stayed for 3 nights and ate in the restaurant for the first two but on the final evening went to La Bianca just around the corner for an excellent pizza. You will probably be absolutely fine eating in the restaurant in an evening but selections may get a little repetitive if for longer than a few days. Not a criticism, and just a fact due to the size of the hotel and the need to try and cover a wide range of visitors. The GrandValira ski setup is excellent and provides a vast area for skiing. We spent a long time researching and reviewing hotels and resorts before booking and would highly recommend this hotel and would return.

All perfect, good breakfast and staff very helpful. Just the rooms are a bit too hot at night like all hotels in Andorra
