I went to the restaurant which, in my opinion, was a perfect treat.
Calm and intimate atmosphere, sophisticated and fine dishes. Desserts... My god, we would go back! (They also have a tea room 😉)
A lovely evening, I highly recommend (that said, it's slightly more expensive than a classic brasserie (a few euros on each dish, that counts!)

Spacious room (night in the Luxury suite) but what is it? A hotel? A guest room? A restaurant? A place for reception? Extremely poorly soundproofed 😬😬😬 => group of friends until midnight bellowing in the restaurant areas adjoining the suite. In the living room of the suite you chill on the sofa but you have an evening with the guests. Not cool (even if they looked nice but oh well)…. If you're looking for a quiet night, go elsewhere. Really ! Too bad the videos don't work, it would have been eloquent

This is now Jehan de Beauce's recommended restaurant. Really tasty food and a beautiful location. They have top wines. O.A. a delicious Burgundy. And a wide choice of dishes.
The price is fair and there is an informal, good atmosphere. Friendly service.
Close to the cathedral and the center of Chartres.
You can really enjoy a good dinner there, with the option to eat on the terrace. When the weather turns bad, they have enough space to stay dry and they don't panic.

You can't sleep there. Good quality restaurant. In summer, magnificent terrace. Very cozy. Small lounges to celebrate one-on-ones or with family.

Special location, I think everything has just been newly completed. You will only have a problem if you have difficulty walking because there is no elevator. It was also a bit unclear where exactly it was located (it is in a building where there is also a tea room). Once you have climbed to the top, the view from the room is very cool! Nice beds, nice spacious room.
