Great hotel to be walkable to many attractions, restaurants, and shopping. Clean and quiet.

Marais is great and this hotel was lovely! Nice room and plenty of outlets/amenities like a nice robe!

The location was really good and the neighborhood is pleasant to walk. Unfortunately, the room had a funky smell of mold, the shower lacked pressure, and the water was cold most of the time. We and other guests reported the lack of hot water to the reception.

The stay was amazing. All of the staff members were very friendly and accommodating. They were attentive, listened well, and managed the hotel excellently. The location of the hotel was really great for local trips around Le Marais as well as exploring major attractions of Paris, either on foot or via Metro. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

staff was super nice. If it wasn't for the 5 stars, I would give 6 stars. On the night of arrival, my bag was left on the Uber. I don't speak French, the gentleman at the front desk helped me make phone calls, and was patient and friendly, which made me feel very good. The gentleman at the front desk who I met later was also very friendly and helpful. On the day of check-out, he also helped me store my luggage for free for a period of time. There are many restaurants nearby, and it is also close to Notre Dame and the Seine River, which is quite convenient. Talking about the imperfect places, the room is relatively small, but considering the location and price, it is acceptable. The drinking water provided in the glass bottle in the room should be tap water. The two of us drank half a bottle and had diarrhea. I can't say that it must be the problem of the bottle of water, but just what happened that day. There was also a fire alarm that woke me up before I got up in the morning. On the way downstairs, a guest told me that someone was smoking. There was no hot water from the second day. It was said that the equipment was broken and could not be repaired in time during the weekend. no shower for two days. However, the hotel took the initiative to give a partial refund when checking out, so it seems that the hotel's operation is still trustworthy. Overall it is not perfect, but considering the hotel's service and integrity, including its geographical location it is still a good c

I arrived at 9PM and I was told the hot water tank was broken and they could not provide hot water. I have prepaid the room for two nights, and I was traveling with two young kids. What frustrated me was if it was me who did not show up, they would charge me anyway. But when it was the hotel's problem and they failed to fulfill their committment, they only need to do a refund. No penalty at all. It is absolutely unfair. I requested them to provide one-night room fee as a compensation for all the incovenience it costed me. But they did not.

This hotel is nice, small but nice, the staff are very helpful and informative. One thing if I can complain is the noise from the next door or upstairs (I stay in 4th floor) we can hear next door conversation/step etc beside that, overall are nice. I’ll recommend this hotel to friends.

Great hotel with amazing staff members. Great location in paris.

We stayed 10-15th December. Hotel was excellent for us - situated in the most pleasant and safe arrondissement of Paris. Key point for us - whilst being on the edge of the classy quaint busy area of Le Marais, the room and Hotel were quiet in the evening and night and we slept excellently with no noise at all. Our impression was that this is a classier quieter hotel, and not one for those who wish to drink and be noisy! :) The staff were all great, particularly the excellent Sylvia who dealt with us mostly and helped us on several occasions above and beyond! We requested room preferences (high/quiet) which we were grateful to get. The room was small as are most rooms in Paris but perfectly big enough to function. Bathroom felt newly refurbished very clean The rest of the room was well decorated and also looked as though it had been fairly recently refurbished. The safe was very useful although note the double room description on this website quotes 'Laptop-compatible safe', which is fine as long as your laptop is smaller than roughly 1' x 6". If you like TV in English there are two channels; CNN and DW(Eng) Also a couple of other channels occasionally. In room fridge big enough to store your own drinks and snacks. There is a lift if that makes a difference to you.

No Issues with it not being clean. The staff was very very helpful. Breakfast was well worth the $15 euros. But the rooms are small. For adults with two pieces of luggage it was very cramped. For a solo traveler or a couple that travels light, it is perfect.

Clean and comfortable. We loved the small balcony and although the room was small the space was used well. The staff was friendly and spoke English

Clean rooms, great location, lots of shopping, and food options around. Breakfast at the hotel is a good option and convenient. Great staff. Rooms are very small, we had a two twin beds room, bathroom is extremely small. Property is old and gets muggy in the room. It’s ok for 2-3 nights at the most.

A good, solid 3-star hotel especially convenient for shops, restaurants and transport links to sights. Very helpful staff too.

This was the third time we have stayed at the hotel. It is consistently well-managed. The location is perfect for getting around Paris. The rooms are small, but who cares when you are out and about most of the time!

Great location. Close to the metro. Excellent restaurant choices close by. Good coffee at hotel. Needs improvement: hair dryer is archaic and could use an upgrade to a normal hair dryer. Bathroom needs better lighting as a little too dark. The room and bathroom would benefit from some extra hooks to hang towels etc.
