The moment we arrived, the lady on reception was incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful, and this level of service continued from all staff until we checked out. Great decor throughout the hotel and it was very conveniently located so we could walk to restaurants and bars. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice room with a balacony. Close to the seafront. Excellent air con, good shower. No fridge which would have been handy and breakfast didn't have a lot of options, no gluten free bread but did say could order. Decent hotel, would stay again.

I loved the hotel and location. The room was nice and clean. I was not very happy with the staff when it came to helping with parking information. We arrived at about 9pm after driving for about 10 hours and the gentleman at the reception said that the parking was completely full. I asked him where we could park and he did not know. Finally, we were lucky enough to find parking on the street which was free until 9am. He stated that parking was free from 9-10am. After that we needed to put money in the meter. Next morning a female was in the reception area and I asked her if there was any parking available since many people leave early, she also said no. I asked her about parking and she said she did not know you would think that the hotel would know where to refer their clients if they do not have parking. Finally, we found parking on our own, very inexpensive and around the corner from the hotel. The parking that we had used the previous night not only they charged for the 9-10am parking but they were asking for 35 euros for 2.5 hours. Ridiculous!

Having explored around Biarritz, the Saint Charles area is safe, affluent and quintessential French. We loved the restaurants and Charlie’s bar.

This was a great hotel. We’ll placed on Biarritz not too far from beach. We were just staying one night but would recommend this place to stay.

This hotel was very quiet. The staff were great - really friendly and always helpful. Would recommend.

Overall good. Old building and bad elevator condition

The staff was amazing & went out of their way. The location is perfect. The room was very small & beds not so comfortable. Could use updating. There was no electrical outlet on my side of the bed so I had to sleep with my head at the foot of the bed to plug in my CPAP machine.

This hotel is only a short walk from Grande Plage but in a nice quiet location. We were there in a heatwave but the air conditioning kept us cool and comfortable. A selection of teas were provided in the room. Good restaurants nearby.

This property is very well located, close to city center and close to the beach. The staff is welcoming and very accommodating.

The parking was excellent for the motorbikes and 4 went in one space. Receptionist was excellent. My room was good. Two friends had triangular rooms which were a bit small. An easy walk to town.
