I had to stay in Laval for couple nights, as my culinary course was going to start late on saturday in another city. Some of the staff speaks english very well and they were very helpful and friendly to me as I got there. When I booked the hotel I wasn't looking for luxury or fineness but something clean and close to the train station, which took me on a cab about 10 min and cost me 12 euros. My room had a very good shower and very comfy bed. The only thing they don't have any english channel on the TV, only french channels but that's not a big deal, I had a quite night and didn't hear any cars or noise from the streets. If you need to buy luggage or any other thing there is a big Carrefour super market just 3 min walking where you can find food, clothes and so on.

Très bel accueil par l’hôtesse (Estelle je crois) qui a pris le soin de nous appeler avant notre arrivée pour encore mieux nous accueillir. On s’est senti comme à la maison. Lit confortable, petit déjeuner buffet copieux, pour le prix rien à redire ! Adresse à garder pour une prochaine étape dans le coin :)

L'eau chaude était vraiment tiède, probablement dû au froid mais ce n'est pas agréable de se doucher dans ces conditions.
Plusieurs chaînes de la tv ne fonctionnaient pas et la taille de la tv est vraiment petite.
Le rapport qualité prix n'est pas là...
On ressent bien que le recrutement du personnel est difficile, manque d'expérience, malgré la gentillesse.

Needs redecoration outside and inside. Room small - staff worked very hard, seemed to be a lack of staff over the weekend we were staying. Restaurant not open on a Sunday and we were not informed of this fact.

Chambre correct mais il faut donner un coup de pied dans la porte pour qu'elle s'ouvre tellement qu'elle frotte. Mauvaise isolation, le froid passe fortement par la porte mais heureusement le chauffage fonctionne correctement. Le lit est confortable mais attention le lit double sont 2 lits simple rapprochés. Chambre et salle de bain propre. Côté petit déjeuner c'est du basique basique, cela mérite fortement d'être amélioré avec plus de choix au vu du tarif et que la personne surveille l'approvisionnement du buffet. De même pour le débarrassage des tables.

Déçu quand on arrive car les photos de l'hôtel sont vraiment trompeuses. En revanche l'accueil a été extra, jai beaucoup hésité a mettre ce commentaire car la personne qui été a la réception et vraiment super et très pro.

Chambre convenable dans l'ensemble,
mais douche Ecossaise pour commencer la journée - a 85 € la nuit naïvement je pensais que l'eau chaude (42°C) était garantie en France.
Plus de savon dans la douche.
Aucun autre forme de paiement que la carte bleu acceptée.
La richesse du buffet au petit déjeuner est sans doute satisfaisante pour ceux qui prennent un petit dej anglais.
mais a ce prix vu que je ne prend qu'un peu de pain et du thé, je pense que le Yellow et du pain a peine décongelé c'est trop cher payé.
