The staff were extremely helpful to me when I stayed at this hotel. Very pleasant and helpful when I had items delivered to the hotel. I would certainly recommend . Thankyou

Perfect spot to be in, with the metro just a short walk away.
Boutique hotel so don’t expect anything big - but there was great customer service from the receptionists. There are a fair few restaurants and boulangeries nearby/within a short walk.
Lift is very small and not suitable for wheelchair users. I got in there with two suitcases but my partner had to walk up the stairs.

This is the first time I’m facing with theft by hotel team - they throw away my flowers and when I returned to the flowers were not in the room. And refuse to admit this and compensate.
Very strange. Very unpleasant issue while you are in holidays.
Breakfast is very poor (maybe normal European one).
Room in standard category is quite old and with tiny window, very unpleasant feeling like in coffin

The bed is extremely hard. Room is super small area is very sketchy at night. Close to metro so you hear it all night long but wouldn’t stay again

The location was great but the Hotel is in serious need of a refurb. We stayed for 1 night as a family, 16 and 8 year old boys. The room was tiny, dated and looked like a dorm. The staircase and door to the room were grim.

Great location close to metro, Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est - of course that meant that there was a fair amount of traffic noise. No air con and it was very warm during our stay. The room was tiny but it was clean and the rainfall shower was very good.

Experience was great at the hotel, staff friendly and welcoming. Only concern was that bathroom was dirty and that the holder for the toliet paper broke and a tile fell off the wall that was attaching the hook for the towels. Apart from this room was great

Good location for Gare du Nord, convenient walking distance. Comfortable room for a family of 4 (double and 2 single beds) which was suitable for a night but not a lot of space in the room. Good food options close by.
