Nice cosy,clean and comfortable,hotel.Great location for the Gare du Nord,whether arriving on Eurostar or from an airport. Nice helpful staff.Good breakfast.Nice to come back to the room after a day of sightseeing.

The location is good, but hospitality and facility maintenance needs to improve. One of the staff said,"It doesn't matter if you or other customers complain; Guests keep coming to our hotel."Well, I won't.
