I wanted to extend my stay by a night,
but they wanted 49€, and wouldn't accept my membership (their fidelity scheme, for 5% discount), even though I'd used it for the previous 2 nights. If I want the online price of 42€68 (including the 5% discount), I must check out at 11am, and back in at 2pm (which incurs extra cleaning and laundry costs for them).
Very stupid, instead I'm going to a hotel where my custom is valued!

VIOLATION of PRIVACY!
The room service entered my room when I was TAKING SHOWER at 9:10 AM.
She knocked twice perhaps, because I heard it, then she just entered the room in the NEXT SECOND!
How the hell can I respond?
I’m contacting ECC France to figure this thing out. If the attitude of this hotel’s manager is as its reception, pass the buck, then I’ll surely see them all in court.

After reading all the reviews I was a bit scared about the stay here. The staff was super friendly and the rooms were actually clean! I slept really good here, but be aware that it is noisy so if your neighbours are making loads of noises you will hear it. For the price we paid, I cannot complain. Over all expectations!

I lived here for one night with my friend in a two-bed room. The most difficult thing was to walk from the train station to here and the wheels of my suitcase were broken. So arriving here was a big relief for us and we didn't have much time to enjoy the facilities here. I didn't enjoy the breakfast! There is a supermarket nearby and there are buses going to Avignon. So the price is attractive since the location but the location is also a problem.

Clean hotel,small room enough for 1 night. PROBLEM: when we arrive at 22.00 p.m. found not working machine for automatic check in !!! And a french phone number on a paper. No email, no sms tells you that you have paid room but if you have not roaming and dont speaks french or english will sleep on a car at the parking at the hotel that you booked 1 month ago ( and have paid) .
