this place is not it, the beds make so much noise, the surface of the bedside tables are sticky, the showers dont look hygienic and the room does not look like the pictures. We also payed so much for this crappy stay. Go to another place if you can.🙏

We like: We like the location of the apartments, it is not far from Saint-Mande subway station. Room was good enough for two people. Small kitchen with electric cooking plate, microwave, refrigerator, everything you need to prepare the breakfast, dinner, lunch. There is restaurants and bars in walk distance from the apartments. In 10 minutes walking distance there is a big supermarket Carrefour. The hot water is heated by the electric boiler and for us it was enough. We didn't like: No air conditioning. That days was hot weather in the Paris and was also hot in the room. We had small issue with the shower gel in the bathroom, it was empty and we remind the personnel two days, so only on third day of our stay we got shower gel. We booked room for two persons, but room was prepared like for one. Luckily we got missing towels very fast. Coffee and tea was not added for the next days, it was only on the day of arrive. We booked room with one full bed, but in real life is was just two beds placed together. Price can be little bit cheaper than 110 EUR/night.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. Since it is located a few blocks from the metro where it takes you anywhere in Paris. The service we received was excellent, all the staff are very friendly and helpful. The place is spotlessly clean and warm with quality heating. Complementary breakfast in their cafeteria is better than continental. We will be back 😎

It is a nice studio with a small kitchen inside, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. The personal are friendly and helpful. Our card didn’t work and we had to call them at late night and they were reachable and they answered quickly our request. The breakfast is not bad and with that price is fair enough. The station of the metro line 1 is 6 min walk and with it you can reach a lot of good sightseeings in Paris. I would recommend it.

Horrible, terrible, terrible, stay away from this hotel if you don't want to get in trouble during your trip. The correct one would be zero stars, we arrived on Sunday, there was no reception, the check-in machine at the hotel did not work, so we had to ask the residents of the building for help to get in. A girl helped us by calling the hotel's emergency number, so we managed to get inside. The other day, we went to the reception and a fee was charged in addition to the amount already paid for the stay, and the girl did not change our electronic card to enter the room, so we arrived at night and we were unable to enter the room, we had to ask for help again residents to call the emergency phone, a guy helped us and we were able to get into the room. The other day, we went to the reception to change the card, the girl thought it was bad saying because we had the emergency card and not the definitive one, ignorant receptionist. He gave us another card, but on the same day we couldn't open the door again, and it was a holiday, there was no reception at the hotel, so we called the hotel's emergency number, believe that the person who answered told me to find someone who spoke French because he didn't speak other languages, luckily, one of the receptionists stopped by the hotel to do I don't know what, then my wife went down to talk to her about the card, the girl almost hit my wife, she said that the agent didn't know how to open a door , that we were ruining the door card, and he said it was a holiday and he couldn't answer us. So after a lot of arguing and yelling, she went up in the room and saw that the door wouldn't open, so she took a screwdriver, and two batteries, changed the batteries in our door and then the card worked and no apologies she asked, a chaos. We had to ask several times to do room service, and when it was done they didn't take out the trash, and I had to buy toilet paper because they didn't change it, terrible. The room was good, but the service was terrible, the bed smelled like pure cigarettes, it feels like I slept in an ash.
