I was tolk this was basic, that is fine but this place is worse then basic. I need to go to the toilet with the door open, the room is just to small. Bedroom door cannot be closed. Squicky doors, so restless nights when de rest needs to go to the toilet. I need to hold the shower head because the mount is broken. Searching for some power plugs to boil some water. Besides that the chalet is worn out, just old and needs some reconstructions. Would not recommend!

We have already experienced the smallness and lack of comfort and maintenance in the french appartments for years and are okay with that. This appartment broke all records by far and we are not okay with that. By far to small concerning livingroom, kitchenette (to little room to even open the dishwasherdoor completely), sleepingspace, toilet (to little room to undress or sit down gently with the door closed and to get up again without using the doorhandle to pull yourself up), bathroom (not possible to shower without having to hold the showerhead in your hand).

Summary: Terrible accommodation, please spare yourself a horrible accommodation. With a group of 39 students we stayed in this accommodation. Upon arrival, we were not able to communicate with the front desk since they would only be talking to 1 person. Terrible attitude from the employees. We had to wait till after 5PM to get in the accommodation. After paying the €100 deposit (per person!) they "kindly" explained their deposit policy. Another group told us they left some clean toilet paper they had left for the next guests, and €50 of their deposit was not returned because of that. Incredible high prices, for incredibly small things. Then we arrived in the "6 person apartment". This is the biggest piece of misinformation I have ever received. The "apartment" consists of 1 bedroom which sleeps two, the living room which has to be transformed to a bedroom for two and a corridor which barely fits one standing person, and they decided to place a bunk bed there. On average, a prisoner in a European prison has more space available than we did here. Then we decided to check the inventory list, since the prices of missing items were unreasonably high. Around 40% of the items stated on the list were missing, which would have been retracted from our deposit. You would expect the employees would check this list when guests check-out. Lastly, we were told we had to clean the apartment. Entirely. I really do not mind cleaning, however it was not delivered clean at all and this makes no sense when you think about the time we were able to get into the apartment. We had to wait for several hours, but I cannot think of a reason why. All in all, this place sucks. Please go somewhere else.

Bad service. They kept our deposit because we left 5 rolls of toilet paper and since we left our garbage outside the appartement. You have to clean your room yourself and check-out at 9am. Bad hotel, don't go!!

Simple budget accommodation for the summer in particular those attending the Megavalanche in nearby Alpes d'Huez. Driving to Alpes d'Huez is a chore from here but the summer lift schedule works really well to get rider and bike to their destination.
