We also showed our good faith to the owner after reporting an incident involving the connection of the pool robot. Part ordered by us within 48 hours and delivered to the concierge. This window, as told to the concierge, could not have been broken by us. If that had been the case we would have postponed it. Our insurance took care of closing this subject with a less than honest owner. Talk to your gardener, there is a good chance that mowing the area 24 hours before our arrival is the cause of this serious breakage.
