The Hotel has a perfect location, a short walk to the center and to the railway station. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Everyone was so nice and helpful, specially Liliana at the reception. The hotel has a great Wellness area, very suitable for families. The food was great, considering vegans / vegetarians. All over, it was a fantastic vacation!

Rooms were neat and clean. Took one star out as the bathroom is really very small for such nice rooms. Service was amazing at the restaurant and the people were really polite. The dinner buffet was a bit let down otherwise the overall experience was great. Breakfast has many options and enjoyed it a lot. They also have a bar with nice options for wine and other drinks. The Sauna and steambath and the pool area was really clean. Location is perfect as it is right next to train station and reachable by public transport. Overall a great experience and will come back again!!

Decent price to performance ratio for hotels in the area. Sauna and pool area are very nice and enjoyable. Rooms were remarkably average, but had a nice view out the window. Breakfast was average, definitely not the greatest spread when compared to breakfast at other hotels in Germany. Only about a 7 minute walk to the Christmas market, so location isn’t bad at all. I can recommend it if other options aren’t available.

This hotel has great amenities for family vacation, the restaurant and bar atmosphere are great, but the small rooms are the problem, nobody likes tinny rooms, no AC just heating, no safe, no place for the bags, no amenities kit for the bathroom. Another problem is the front desk team, many of them barely speak English and sometimes have to work as receptionist and sales person for the Nivea store adjacent, this is simply does not work and makes a mess during check in time. One last major problem, you can hear the water for other showers running through the pipes, room 355. It is sad to see so much money invested in the huge hotel and loose clients for lack of comfort on the rooms.

The main reason I docked stars is the exhibitionist shower. Pros: Beautiful common areas, polite staff, *great* breakfast buffet, a bar, well-designed room doors that block enough sound, good window views, a little sitting area in the rooms, walkable location convenient to groceries and shopping. And at least the toilet is behind a door, but there's no fan; you can hear everything. Cons: No room safe, too warm inside, no way to heat water for tea or make coffee after breakfast hours, no real drawers to store your things, awful shower. There are open cubbies by the door, if you want any passers-by or visitors to see your underclothing, but no drawers, so my friend and I ended up keeping our suitcases out so we could access things that didn't get hung in the closet. So much for that sitting area. The worst thing is the shower, which is in an open area adjacent to the sink, with CLEAR glass. This is a deranged or callously cheap choice. I am not shy; I will do a naked spa, but I draw the line at cleaning my undercarriage while on display. I wouldn't even like this if sharing with a spouse. You can't see it from the bed area, but you can't miss it if you walk to/from the door, so while you're showering your friend is trapped inside or outside, and they definitely can't have visitors. I thought this was a regional thing, but the other hotels I experienced on my vacation all had real bathrooms with doors.
