I travel a lot... and this was probably the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Beautiful rooms, even better bathrooms. Tasteful and practical. Breakfast was very good but maybe not with enough dairy free options. Climbing wall right behind the breakfast room. Amazing.

Went just for the restaurant, and as much as I would like to recommend the place I cannot. Main food was good, but not getting proper cutlery was surprise. Really tiny dessert with 8.50€ was some frozen cake, probably microwaved. Service was okayish, as the waitress was kind, except they did not hand out wine list, and not for once they came to ask if we would like something more, or enjoy the food eventhough there were not many customers (I would have wanted to order more drinks). Actually,even to get dessert we had to get up to go look someone. Instead they were busy wiping the next tables. That would be okay if they did not spray some cleaner just one meter away from you, towards your plate, of course. We also had some paid discount book which should be mentioned when you place the order to get the cheaper main dish for free, unfortunately we remembered it right after placing the order but did not find anyone to correct, so we told as the waitress came back with drinks, but it was too late they said, that they cannot fix the receipt as that would need some boss to come over. Well, shouldn't you call the boss over then, if none of you 3 waitresses are not able to fix one wrong pressing in your table service system? Okay, did not want to bother ourselves to start demanding, we where just confused at this point, but surely would not have needed another waitress who was not serving us, to come and just tell us again how we made MISTAKE. Not customer friendly at all, so far they just keep telling how we make mistakes, and obviously need to pay for that. They also asked how you want the beef steak but then when trying to order medium minus they start explaining how it is not possible, not safe or so, only well done or medium is okay? Maybe just write it on the menu next to that 28€ steak, instead of pointing out how customer's normal wish is wrong, or is there something wrong with your beef comes to mind at this point? With another dish they asked if we want it with mushrooms, and you just say why not, but they just didn't mention it will cost extra, and the option was not mentioned in the menu, neither in the receipt separated as extra, just higher price. Everything just seemed to go sideways in this place. If I were you, I would recommend to carry your money elsewhere to get the service and some nice eating expirience, as you are supposed to get with that money.

I had a good stay at the hotel. I stayed there two times. The staff was friendly. The room was good, but I was missing a mini refrigerator. Strangly, the mattress was not my kind of thing, but not everything is for everybody. I loved that I could use fitness early in the morning. As a woman and fitness addict it is good not to have to go outside in the dark and do a run. Three cardio machines and two stations for arms. And a nice thing for legs and stability. They had a disinfectant and a water fountain. But i couldn't get a towle at the gym, that was bad. Still with everything else, I was happy. The breakfast was good. I liked the scrambled eggs a lot. And the variety of cereals and cheese. Some sweets like mini croissants were my thing the next time there was something with dried fruits not my thing but this is personal taste. I always say, everybody can find something. I didn't like the parking situation because it was free on the front but it costs in the garage. For me it was expensive for one night. If you're getting back late you have to use the garage and the parking area was limited. But to summarize everything...I had a good stay and would go back there again.

This Hotel is amazing. We stayed here with the Special Olympics Icelandic Delegation, and it was just perfect. An inclusive hotel with excellent and kind service. Spacious and beautiful modern hotel rooms . The food has great selection and the location is also highly convenient. I couldn't recommend this hotel more for any guest.

The hotel is nicely located on the border of the old city which allowed us many stroles in the historic city. We had a great experience in this very Green conscious and handicap friendly hotel. The hotel is modern and beautifully decorated with reflections of nature in mind. The 3 saunas and fitness rooms on the top level were quite a unique experience. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious food. The bedrooms were spacious, very clean and beautifully decorated. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable. I would have liked a bigger comforter as mine kept on falling off every time I moved during my sleep. Overall, I highly recommend the hotel as it was quite an experience in and by itself.
