Would probably land on the top 10 best hotels we've stayed in! Rooms were clean and spacious! Great facilities and 24h coffee/tea station. Also free ice-cream for the kids! Would like to commend for excellent service, Patu & Cinthia who were very helpful during our stay!

We had a horrible experience with this hotel. We booked a room through their website (not a third party website), we were charged and received a confirmation email. When we arrived the door was locked, there is no reception staffed there, and they never gave us a code to get our key from the lockbox. Took us 10 minutes to get ahold of customer service (meanwhile we’re waiting outside by the door with our luggage) who called the attendant. The attendant took 10 more minutes to come to let us in. She did not greet us, and seemed annoyed that she was called to the hotel to help us out. This was not late into the night, it was 4pm. she talked on the phone for close to 10 minutes and then took us upstairs to the second floor, stood outside a room for another 10 minutes while she continued to talk on the phone (all in German and fast so we couldn’t make out the conversation). She hung up the phone and just said no rooms. That’s it, no apology for wasting an hour of our time or for all the confusion, nothing, just asked us to leave. Do yourself a favor and don’t stay at this hotel.

Great comfort, great breakfast, and decorated with an eye to style. Nice to see a useable gym in a hotel. Nearly perfect, but WiFi was a little spotty. Still, give start experience for me!

Very nice hotel at a very affordable price. Breakfast buffet was great. Parking is free around the hotel. Not near the city center, though, so you'll need the car or public transportation to go downtown.

Decently roomy for a European hotel. Nice beds, clean, fairly modern. Good WiFi. Somewhat limited parking. Would visit again if I was passing through.
