I arrived at 6pm, there was no staff available even though I went up three flights of stairs and asked 2 workmen in the basement. I found the self check-in machine outside which gave me my keys but didn't issue me a receipt for payment. There was a horrible smell coming from the bathroom sink. The room was clean and basic, but bathroom was too cramped with a tiny sink. The toilet did not flush the next morning. I am still waiting for the correct receipt after emailing the hotel twice.

The smallest and dirtiest room you could ever stay in and the hotel cleaning staff stayed in the room next door I think they were immigrants they had a party with loud music for hours I had to hit the walls to silence them all night long. There was an instruction at the hotel all the corridors were covered in paint and dirt also when I first arrived at the hotel I waited on the street for 3 hours in the winter to get the key I could not reach any representative I made a reservation with, and the online reservation agency was not helpful either.

Center Location , Room is clean and Self check in. So no one is at Reciption you need to book everything yourself . See photo. Room are also like photo. Only issue is parking ..

Clean and cozy room, minimalistic equipment, in a nice area close to the city center. For Frankfurt the price/quality ratio is correct. If you want something fancy stay away, but if you are ok with the minimum I can recommend it. The only thing I missed was a fridge.

It's calm. The location is very good and accessible to the city. The rooms are okay. Stayed here for 10 nights. The housekeepers don't really clean the room but they keep it tidy. The other staff e.g receptionists are kind and helpful. There was some taxing we weren't aware about, it would've been helpful to know at the time of booking. There are no stairs which is annoying and inconvenient, especially after a long day out. The WiFi is very unstable. The walls are VERY thin. It's really not worth the price (especially for a holiday) , however if you're looking for a "cheap" place to stay for a night or two, I'd recommend it.
