The stay was pleasant, the Hotel is central to the city but the access on foot needs a long walk around - I would have expected an access possible from the ground level of the parking. The parking access is NARROW, use extreme caution when entering. When using the maps to reach the place, the system usually indicates the main road side which is wrong, the indications should point to the real front entrance uphill after the curve at the traffic lights intersection. Aside from that, the staff inside is very kind and available, the automatic check in takes a bit of a time but is simple enough and works. Only thing I would change is the temperature regulation in the room (too hot for me) and a better system for closing the light curtains.

Excellent for one night. I had the impression the hotel and the rooms are freshly renovated. Very new interior and painting. The room was functional. The sauna was unexpected big and open until 11pm. Be aware that there is a self Check-in and check-out. Limited amount of staff. The location is very close to the main train station and therefore the center is in a walking distance. There is a little self service grocery store in the lobby

At first glance, this hotel appears promising—it has a stylish look and offers a very good breakfast. However, it lacks the most crucial aspect of any accommodation: security. On the first day of our group's stay, four rooms were robbed. Someone searched through our belongings when we were outside and stole only the cash from our wallets. Since we had just arrived, this meant four people had no money for the rest of the trip. The hotel uses key cards for room access, but there are no security cameras in the hallways, making it impossible to determine who entered the rooms. The police were involved, and testimonies were taken, but with no surveillance video, there was little they could do. This experience completely ruined our stay, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. No matter how good the breakfast is, a lack of basic security measures makes this place unsafe. After this incident, we didn’t feel comfortable leaving anything in our rooms and had to take our valuable belongings with us—even to breakfast. Avoid this hotel.

This hotel does not care about security! We stayed at this hotel with a group of 18 people, and while we were at the theater one evening, four of our rooms were robbed. Cash in euros and PLN was stolen directly from our bags and suitcases. What’s particularly suspicious is that the hotel staff knew we would be out that evening. The next day, it turned out that some door batteries had supposedly been changed during our stay without letting us know about it. How is it possible that hotel staff can enter your room without your knowledge and steal your belongings unnoticed, especially since there are no cameras in the corridor? What’s more, at Flemings Hotel, guests handle their own check-in and check-out, so key cards are simply left on the desk. Anyone could potentially pick them up, and some may have still retained access to the rooms. The hotel offered no compensation, claiming they bear no responsibility for items not kept in the room safes. Install security cameras! I strongly advise against staying here! Why pay for a hotel if your belongings aren't safe and anyone can simply walk in and take them?

Unfortunately, I have very negative experiences related to my stay at this hotel. At the very beginning of my stay, I was robbed of all the cash I had left in the hotel room. The hotel staff’s assistance was limited to reading from the cards to see who opened the door and when. It turned out that someone had changed the batteries in the door mechanism, where you swipe the card. First of all, I didn’t notice the battery in the door was depleted; I was able to open the door normally with the card. Second, we were never informed that this exchange would take place. We received no further support from the staff. I don’t know who the thief is, but they were very calculated. My roommate noticed that her clothes in the suitcase were rearranged, and her underwear was thrown on the floor. Someone had also gone through her things. In addition to me, other women from three different rooms on various floors were robbed. The thief knew we wouldn’t be around for a while and took our cash. I didn’t sleep for the rest of my stay because I was terrified that someone might enter our room again and harm us, especially since they had succeeded once. There are no cameras in the hallways leading to the rooms, so it’s impossible to see who did it. The lack of cameras allows crimes to be committed with impunity. The only advantage of this hotel is its location in the city center, right by the station, but at this point, I can’t see any other positives of staying here. I am disappointed and will definitely not return. Unfortunately, I have no chance of recovering my money.
