My family and I spent a long time in a hotel. With a small child, we liked the service. Very friendly people and always willing to help. Many thanks to the girls Elada and Marina. Because of these people, we were comfortable as at home.

The first impression was fine, then I got my room. It's listed as a non-smoking room, but the upholstery smells so bad from the cigarette smell that it's unconscious. I complained to reception, where I was met with a puzzled reception, but was immediately given another room with a bed back that had spunk in concrete stains. Plus the door frame is missing the lock plate.

Room was a little smelly on arrival and needed the windows opened for a while. The room was a little tired and dated but functional. Also, I’m not sure that I’ve seen shampoo and body wash in sachets since the 80’s!

For a one-night stay while crossing Germany, it must be said that we were not looking for anything fancy. The Atlas hotel, however, made us feel at home, and credit is primarily for the staff, especially considering the tougher times of the pandemic.
So, in spite of few people hanging around, and a less than lively atmosphere, we felt welcome and this is very much appreciated.
Not all the fixtures are the most modern you could expect, but that was still very acceptable in terms of overall ambience, and our 3-bed solution was incredibly spacious, too.

it's hard to believe how nowadays it is possible to stay in a hotel in the middle of Germany where bedbugs bite you. I stayed 3 night and was bitten more than 20 times. After I asked for another room I was offered free coctail instead of propper help or solution. Next day someone came to my room and promised that they will change sheets. After that I was bitten again several times. Main mistake - I paid in advance :( Worst experience in my 25 years travel history.
