Booked this place for a couple of nights for the euro 2024. It served its purpose, just. The receptionist on arrival at night on 19th June was the most miserable and rude receptionist I have ever met. The room was basic, with no kettle or tea facilities. They never bothered to make our room up either or empty the bin. The small bar was shut, just an expensive machine if you wanted a drink. If we were on holiday for a break, we would definitely find another hotel.

Rooms are great for the price. The bathroom is nice and clean. Bed is cosy. Nice fluffy pillows and duvet. Many towels are provided. Offenbach centre is nearby but transport system is not that great in the area and it can be really confusing for the tourists. The toiletries aren't provided.
There is a beautiful lake just beside the hotel where taking walks or cycling or jogging can be really enjoyed. The street view of the balcony on top floors are really nice. The rooms below holds no quality view unfortunately. The lower levels don't offer much peace and quiet. The upper levels are fine however. There is a bar and a porch to enjoy your drinks but food isn't available as there isn't a restaurant .

I had a really terrible experience at this hotel. The WiFi connection is poor, so you cannot do any work. The bed is extremely uncomfortable and there is no drinking water in the rooms. The service from the front desk employee was also very poor. He could not assist me with my complaints, therefore, I would not recommend this place to anyone. Rather, pay slightly more attention to a different place and get better service

Very bad condition, room very hot and not clean, no safe in the room and service is bad i requested a room change on a normal day (hotel is empty) because the room was burning hot (literally) and the receptionist refused. Besides there is nothing in the room except towels. i dont recommend
