Excellent hotel. Room was spacious and comfortable (business room, with 2 chairs!) and beds comfy, but needed to ask for extra pillows. Don't bother having dinner in the hotel though. We made that mistake. Very ordinary food, and not cheap. Extra mention to Signora Federica at reception. She was fantastic, very helpful, cheery and spoke fluent English.

Nice location and good view from the room. The breakfast did not have that many options but the ones that were, were really good. The rooms were clean and modern.

We booked this for 1 night while traveling and I was disappointed. The room was really poor quality, the bed coating was pealing off the sides, the room was a bit smelly and the shower had mold. Oh and the shower was not closed off properly and the whole bathroom flooded a little while showering. Overall everything just looked aged and worn out and dirty. Luckily the bed linnen was clean.

Great location, easy and fast check in. The rooms are spacious, and has the amenities needed. Rooms facing the train station are a bit loud, so be sure to get ear buds.

I did reservation on the 3rd September 2024 and payed via invoice full price for 2 nights at this "fantastic" hotel. Today is 14th September and I've just entered the hotel lobby for check in. Currently it is 04:01 because as always DB was on time. But anyway. I was told my room was given to another person. My trip was more than 12 hrs from another country. I have meeting for the sake of which I came just in a 4 hrs, at 08:00. And this is how it works.... I was offered another hotel but nobody wants to pay for my taxi. Thanks God it is 10mins by foot away. But this is so nice to realise that at IntercityHotel you can be handled like piece of shit just because this is how you were considered by the hotel. And you reservation - just nobody care!!!!! Reservation means nothing for IntercityHotel. With the same success I could sleep on the bench Thank you very much for this fantastic night! This was my best hotel experience ever! 5 stars and million recommendations! 5hrs later update: It is 9:29 morning now. More calm of course than yesterday I went down for my breakfast, because this is how I booked it at Intercity! It seems like they do not care not only about your reservation.
