Very clean hotel located in a nice part of Hamburg,within walking distance to a lovdly park(with cafe),St Pauli and the waterfront. I got the S1 train from the airport,which dropped me off a 5 minute walk away from the hotel. Can't comment on food and drink as we ate out,thd bar in the lobby did look nice though. Good stay all round.

Lovely outstanding place. I had the good fortune to be staying in one of their balcony suites, which was really like a home from home - so spacious and clean and quiet. Lovely staff, too, and perfect location to reach the most important sights - e.g. 10mins walk to Landungsbrücken, 15mins to Jungfernstieg. Wherever I walked, I often went back to the hotel for lunch and then headed back into town afterwards. Very much recommended!

Large room with a great shower, albeit the shower is apart from the toilet so if people are not comfortable with others being in the room, this could be an issue. The room also had two single beds, but we booked one king bed. The worst aspect of the stay was the dust in the room. One lighting fixture was even covered in cobwebs. Having said all this, the hotel has the BEST breakfast buffet I have ever enjoyed. All in all, a pleasant stay despite the dust issues and the fact that the building needs updating. Hotel Har

Great location, most attractions can be reached with a 20 min walk or by public transport. Very friendly staff, bicycle rent available at front desk. The breakfast buffett is also excellent with many choices and fast replenishment on busy days. Our room was spacious and clean, however, the bathroom layout is weird: there is only the glass door from the shower cabin separating the shower from the bedroom. So, no privacy while showering if you are travelling with a companion or kids. The A/C worked well on 85 deg days. Parking in the hotel garage is super expensive at 28 EUR per night, unfortunately, there are no other public parking options close by. The hotel garage is very well lit and clean. When we parked in the garage for two nights, it was almost empty, although the hotel was busy with tour groups (mainly bus tours). Great place to stay in Hamburg if you are ok with the room layout.
