Clean rooms that were pretty decently sized. The hotel had a lively bar/restaurant, which was nice. The location is very ideal, right in the thick of it. A pretty standard European hotel.
They had a sign in the room where the mini bar should have been that said “We’re doing minibars differently! Call for our awesome room service or check the vending machines in the lobby” or something along those lines. You’re not doing Minibars differently…. You’re simply not doing them.

The room was pretty, but they are super cheap when it comes to heat. The pool is barely heated, the bathtub took over40 to fill (by then it's cold) and the shower went from hot to cold constantly. Super disappointed.

Terrible service. Just arrived at the hotel and the receptionist was clearly annoyed she had to work. We politely greeted her she did not greet either of us back and simply pushed the form towards the desk for us to compete.
Maritim hotel, please teach your staff the basics of human interactions.

It was a huge mistake to stay at this hotel. The staff are arrogant, rude, and incompetent. There were a series of misunderstandings with the hotel, booking, and our family, which took about a week to clarify. We arrived late at night with our toddler and had to fight with the receptionist for about an hour before we could get to our room even though we had reached an agreement regarding the hotel room we would be staying at. Never in my life have I been treated so poorly by hotel staff. Don't stay there

Room was quite nice, clean and well kept. But we had terrible customer service. Booking.com made a mistake in our booking and the receptionist wanted to charge us more and make us feel like we were trying to cheat the hotel, implying we were lying when in reality we hadn't done anything wrong. Customer service needs improvement if you ever want to get a recommendation. Note we had to solve the issue over the phone when w arrived at the reception with a crying baby at 11 pm. Next time try reaching a solution together and acknowledging that the customer is not at fault right away.
