Great links to the football stadium

Unfortunately, I can't rate the accommodation itself because we weren't even allowed to see it. This review is therefore aimed exclusively at the landlord of the accommodation. We simply received an offer and asked on a neutral basis what the price would be. We then received a completely understandable and legitimate answer with “supply and demand”. We were given two months to think about it, but this was immediately canceled when we asked. The landlord promptly withdrew the offer and demonstrated his position of power by emphasizing how important it was to him to make the accommodation attractive through the interest of third parties. Apparently people like to emphasize this attractiveness in order to put potential customers under pressure, since he has enough takers anyway. This experience leaves a very negative impression and raises doubts about the landlord's customer focus.

If someone wants to stay in really good accommodation in the north of Düsseldorf, then only here. Best parking options in the immediate vicinity, top train connection (U78/U79) to the city center, quiet location right next to Nordpark, through which you can also get to the banks of the Rhine very quickly, some very good - although not outstanding - restaurants in the surrounding area; Trade fair and stadium (Fortuna or concerts) within walking distance. And last but not least, the landlord couple is just super nice and hospitable. Whenever I drive to my Fortuna, this is the first stop. Unfortunately, many other guests also seem to know this and it is sometimes relatively difficult to get a room here when there are events in Düsseldorf.

Stayed here for 3 nights to explore Düsseldorf. Very nice landlord and great accommodation. Two bedrooms, small, cozy breakfast kitchen, bathroom with large shower. 15 minutes by subway to Kö, 30 minutes by e-scooter along the Rhine... great recommendation from the landlord. 👍 75min walk. Large park right on the doorstep. Parking options on the property. If ever again, then here.
