This hotel is good value and in a great location for exploring the sights in the centre of Berlin as it’s walking distance from Checkpoint Charlie and Potsdamer Platz. It’s quiet as the road is not too busy and has a supermarket and restaurants nearby.

Clean and safe area. Beautiful walk to good sightseeing and easy to get a wide variety of delivery when I needed it. Room was modern and clean. Desk staff was helpful.

location is very good, my room was clean, but it was not possible to regulate the heat, so the room was very cold. I told this to the staff , but from they reaction, they did not belive me , so the try to explaine to me how to use termostat :-)
Hotel is nice, but the staff needs to be trained and educated .

Couldn't have been happier with our stay. Clean and comfortable hotel in a great location. I personally don't care much for automatic espresso machines, but other than that, the breakfast selection was excellent.

Good hotel, very clean and modern - excellent VFM. Safe available in room at no additional charge. Approx 10mins stroll to Potsdamer Platz or Checkpoint Charlie. Closest U Bahn stop Hallesches Tor is 5 mins walk away. Bag storage available if required once checked out. A few bistro's, coffee shops and eateries nearby but plenty of choice in Berlin overall. Staff friendly. On the downside, no tea or coffee facilities in the room and breakfast was pricey (I'm sure they said 18.90 euro's per person) but plenty cheaper options available outside the hotel. Would stay here again.

The building is new, clean and the appliances all very nice and comfortable. The staff are all very polite and helpful and you couldn’t expect any more from them.
The location que be a bit of a pain but there are train and metro stations within five minutes walk, with easy access to the main tourist attractions.
The check-in was very straightforward and quick. In order to save resources, they ask you to hang a sign at the door if you want the room cleaned. Even though I didn’t hang this sign a single day, they would still make up my room, which was nice.
Nice breakfast too. All in all, I totally recommend and would definitely consider staying here again if I ever come back to Berlin.
