The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

The front desk is open daily from 6:30 AM - 10:30 PM. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. Guests arriving after 10:30 PM will find the telephone number of NH Frankfurt Messe on the door and are asked to call to obtain a code, which they should enter into the electronic system to be provided with their key.
