We were there for the Euro competition. The hotel is located along the Rhine river and it's an ideal location not far from the city center and quite calm. The room was large, beds were comfortable and the breakfast was excellent.

My hotel stay has been exceedingly great. rugs HOTEL Köln has been very welcoming during my stay. The staff are all smiles and they are all willing to help. The breakfast was also delightful as it showcased the best of German breakfast. As a traveler, it made me learn something about Köln and the hospitality it can offer to future visitors.

Overall fantastic experience. Staff is great, incredibly helpful. It is a bit out of the city center, in a lovely neighborhood with many options for eating and shopping. Breakfast is pretty good and the hotel is spotless. I would definitely recommend it.

The hotel is very good, not big and very very cozy.
Was in Cologne for a short business trip and the location of this hotel was perfect.
Close to the river, so if you fancy a run there’s a good pathway along the bank.

Good four star property. I believe that the hotel has very limited number of staff. Breakfast could be better. They charge you extra for the request of white egg omelette!

The hotel is a boutique hotel in a quiet part of Koln. The hotel room was spacious and had a nice balcony for fresh air. The hotel staff was friendly and tried to be helpful. Please note that not all staff members speak English fluently- though regardless- they will try to help you out. If you are coming by car, make sure to call them weeks in advance to reserve a spot. It isnt noted on their website that a reservation is required- but its the only way to assure that you'll have a spot. The alternative is park on the street for free between 8pm and 8am. Breakfast was also very comprehensive and had good choices. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a business stay in Koln.

Breakfast is excellent.
Parking is very limited and calling ahead to reserve a parking space is probably a good idea.
